We just bought our second one of this litter box. The first one arrived we were so impressed we ordered the second the same day. We previously had two of the litter-robot 3 litter boxes. Which in my opinion did not last very long. Both these new ones fit in the same amount of area than 1 of the litter robots took up. Maybe a little extra space but not much. The hot feed litter boxes seem to be built very well. There is a quiet mode so they will not run at a certain time. However, they run so quiet I do not use it. Assembly was quick and easy. How to place the air freshener is a little confusing. The top lifts off with ease so you can add litter with ease. Pours directly in without having to battle through the entrance hole like our old ones. Only time I have smelled anything is when I changed the bag. The bag is easily changed. We also got two of these fir the price of one litter robot and we are more impressed with these. ... show more

    • Worst self cleaning box ever
The litter tray collects the used litter on one side of the tray. Leaks used litter onto the floor Unser the tray. The tray is difficult to catch the the draw guides and even when it is secure it leaks thru to the floor when rotating. Worst than the regular litter pans you have to scoop.

I love this litterbox, it makes my life much easier. No more scooping! Great odor control, and my cat figured it out right away. Very smooth, mostly quiet mechanism. I would definitely purchase this again. In the long run it’s a great value add to your life. Highly recommend this litter box.

Positives: Easy to use, cats transitioned quickly, not too high, app is convenient, variety of litters available to be used, odor control is wonderful Negatives: Litter accumulates to 1 side (fix=once a day I'll pull out the tray and move the litter over), scale isn't accurate (fix=none - I didn't buy this to weigh my cats so a non issue); litter does scatter (fix=careful placement of the litter tray and do not overfill the box) I have seven cats (pls don't judge). I am going to buy a second one because the negatives do not outweigh the positives. But that is why I can't leave 5 stars. The price and convenience leaves a smile on my face. I will recommend to anyone wanting to try something to see if it works for them. ... show more

    • Easy care kitty litter
Came completely ready to use placing the dome on and the legs and that was it plugged in keep litter in it to cover the small bottom rubber tray. I have two cats and I dump the bottom tray line bottom tray every 3 to 4 days.

Far as the litter box it’s fine that’s all it’s doing sitting there cleaning out. I cannot program it to my phone to program it to weigh them. I can’t get it downloaded to my phone whatsoever. It’s impossible someone else tried. Also, this is a joke.
