We just bought our second one of this litter box. The first one arrived we were so impressed we ordered the second the same day. We previously had two of the litter-robot 3 litter boxes. Which in my opinion did not last very long. Both these new ones fit in the same amount of area than 1 of the litter robots took up. Maybe a little extra space but not much. The hot feed litter boxes seem to be built very well. There is a quiet mode so they will not run at a certain time. However, they run so quiet I do not use it. Assembly was quick and easy. How to place the air freshener is a little confusing. The top lifts off with ease so you can add litter with ease. Pours directly in without having to battle through the entrance hole like our old ones. Only time I have smelled anything is when I changed the bag. The bag is easily changed. We also got two of these fir the price of one litter robot and we are more impressed with these.

I feel like this kitty robot litter friend is a solid 3 star item for a few reasons. 1) it’s flat in the front. No curve up or anything like others I have seen. So if you put too much litter in or have a messy messy cat, it just falls out. Even with them just stepping out. 2) the app is janke. It uses Tuya which is a credible brand… but it has issues connecting and often disconnects and turns the do not disturb setting on and off. 3) in addition! The default time between poop and clean is short. I’ve changed it in the app a few times but it won’t stay. So I’d say it’s even more stinky than the other litter box because the poop never gets fully coated or buried and stop smelling. It’s poop then filter and in the box. 4) the air filter doesn’t really work. And it’s weird. 5) the app has glitched several times and sent me 3-5 notifications at a time to alert me my cat went and it’s cleaning. I liked the notifications but 5 is too many and too often. Some good things though… 1) easy to set up. Comes with GIANT quick start directions. Which is odd and annoying because I cannot store that long run… 2) fits one healthy weight cat easily inside. But only 1 cat at a time. A large cat will not fit. It’s right compared to normal litter boxes. 3) it is very quiet. If it does go off at night it’s normally fine. Just annoying. So overall… it’s okay. For half the price of the name brand it’s fine I think. But I will be looking at replacing it.

The media could not be loaded. This litter box is the bees knees! Quiet and well made and the shipping box/packaging is stellar. The design is such that it’s compact but big enough for even your fatties. I’m a foster and can have up to as many as 12 cats at a time so easing some of my chores is always welcome! Was easy to set up, product installation and set up was easy and the unit works really well. A few things to note: the “aromatherapy” box smells great but tastes awful open the plastic wrapping with a knife or scissors. Not your teeth. 🤮 When you first get it connected to your WiFi and are in the app, manually turn the unit off and then back on if testing it for sifting doesn’t work otherwise. If your cat(s) weigh less than 3# you have to manually “clean” the box with the app. Honestly, this self cleaning litter box is worth every penny and doesn’t take up any more room than an extra large box. I like that the plug in is centered on the back of the unit instead of on a specific side, requiring you to use an outlet on one side or the other.

They require a credit card to set up the 100% free app It wouldn't accept either of they credit cards I entered. I emailed them and got no reply. It won’t connect to wifi. It doesn't work as advertised.

As someone with multiple cats I rely heavily on automatic litter boxes to manage odor and mess and to avoid accidents when boxes aren't cleaned on time. This unit took about a month and a half to arrive and unfortunately none of my cats are using it yet. That’s not necessarily the litter box’s fault. Cats are creatures of habit and mine are used to the other boxes we have. Still it means I’ve only been able to test it without real-world use from them. The litter box itself is solidly built and actually looks nicer than most of the other automatic ones I own. It’s low to the ground which is great but the entrance is narrower than the Litter Robot or Popur models. That might be why my two chunky cats refuse to go in. The smaller cat would likely use it but tends to follow the other two so he’s staying away too. It does come with everything you need including steps for entry and a large disposal bin. It runs quietly and the actual mechanics seem to work well. For the price which is significantly more affordable than other name brands I own this is a great option especially for someone just starting with automatic litter boxes. However the app is a real downside. It’s confusing seems to ask for payment and isn’t user-friendly which is a problem when monitoring the box remotely. Overall I think this is a great quality litter box especially for trim cats or those new to the concept. The performance is strong the look is sleek and it’s very affordable. Just be mindful of cat size and the app issues. I definitely recommend it with those caveats in mind.

This litter box has a large spacious 100L box and a 15L waste bin. It has app control that allow cleaning and health monitoring. It’s user friendly and easy to use and navigate. It’s built from good quality materials and is designed for safety. Unlike older machines, the design on this unit leaves the sitter entrance open even during clean cycles allowing for quick escape even if there was some kind of malfunction. This is a great value and works as well as my $1k Litter Robot with a few less features.
