Entryway is a good size my cat is a little chubby and he gets in and out just fine. Clumping cat litter is a must the crystal kind just won’t work in here.

I read all the reviews. I researched and narrowed my choice down to this litter box. I am typing this review as I am trying for the bajillionth time this evening for it to rotate and dump all the litter so I can package it and return it. This thing doesn't return to starting position every time, and gives no reason for it in the app. In fact, it doesn't even send you a notification from the app when the unit doesn't return to starting position. Which is hilarious, because if it is full the app will send you 27 notifications in less than a minute that the bin is full. And even after you empty it, it tells you it is full and won't reset. I have to reset it and take it entirely off the base 1-3 times every time I empty the bin. It is quiet...I will give it that. And the look is nice, but it is a TERRIBLE product. I bought a different unit and I am pretty upset that it uses the same app. Will see how this next one turns out.

Don’t get me wrong having an automatic litter box is much better than not having one! I did a lot of review searching and settled on this one. Once it was hooked up and working which was very simple to set-up I realized that the app doesn’t provide much information compared to the other boxes I read about. It does work well and stops if there is movement in front of the box. My cat was very curious the first few times it cleaned. She tried to climb back in and it stopped from spinning right away. The unit is pretty quiet while cleaning. The biggest noise is the waste falling into the bin below. Unfortunately regular shopping bags don’t fit well into the waste bin.

I like the idea of the self cleaning litter box. The price of this unit & the emptying bin being on the bottom is the main reason i went with this specific one. However, the poop gets stuck in the grates when it’s turning to clean, and ends up placing some poop back in the box to which i have to scoop anyway. Also, the box randomly goes to clean, and then gets stuck upside down and the cat can’t use it. When this happens it doesn’t send a notification or anything so i never know how long it has been that way. I gave 3 stars because when it works as it’s supposed to, it’s great. my cats took to it very quickly, it’s easy to set up, it’s quiet. I just wish it functioned as advertised because it would be a great litter box.

I love this automatic cat litter box. I think I love it more than our very expensive base line litter robot. This one has smart features and notifies my phone when it needs to be emptied. Unless you buy the top of the line little robot, you don't get that feature. We didn't need to pay litter robot prices for an automatic litter box and i love that. It even came with liner bags for the collection area. It also comes with little fragrance cartridges, but I don't think my cats are fond of it, so I don't put them in. It's a nice touch though. Also, it has a smaller footprint than the litter robot. The litter robot takes up a ton of space, and we have to keep it in our laundry room this one is small enough to fit between our toilet and shower in our spare bathroom. We have 4 cats and 2 automatic litter boxes and I love this one better than the litter robot.

The media could not be loaded. The product isn’t worth the money. It gets stuck when cleaning and i have to end it manually. Today I received 250 notifications saying that the bag was full, and i just changed it this morning! Finally it pours not only the poop but also the whole litter in the bag! Its the worst tech and quality. I even prefer traditional ones!!

This litter box is really small, even my 6.6lb cat had trouble fitting. It also can only hold about half a bag of litter so it needs to be cleaned frequently and the litter gets trapped until the barrel and ground up. I would not recommend this particular litter box.
