I waited 2 months before writing to make sure I can definitely say that I am in absolute LOVE with this litter box and my cat is too! The original litter box I ordered came with the hood slightly damaged, some of the “lock” bits were broken or broken off, this was definitely done in transit. I think something had been stored on top of my device box or it had been thrown in a truck somewhere. I contacted customer service immediately (very easily via the app) and they responded quickly. I was able to attach pics and short videos and they decided to send not only a replacement cover BUT ALSO extra rolls of litter bags and deodorizer! I was told that I could use the cover until I received the replacement. Over the course of that first week I noticed a slight thump in the rotation. This grew and by the time I received the replacement cover, it had become 2 thumps. I kept customer service in the loop this whole time and tried many of their trouble shooting tips. The thumping didn’t stop and after 2 weeks of owning and 1 week after receiving new cover, it grew to sometimes 3 thumps! I sent a video and Customer service immediately sent a replacement litter box. My mind was blown! This is AWESOME customer service! So now you see why I really wanted to wait before I wrote my review. My original box had been damaged in shipment MORE than physically shown and I wanted to make sure the replacement was all I was hoping for… IT IS and I highly recommend this litter box. It works flawlessly and my cat took to it immediately. Zero leakage, design is awesome, size is great (I had a huge basic litter box before and this is smaller). My cat is 11lbs and fits perfectly. Once you sync with the app, the motion sensor auto stop feature works perfectly! And then the customer service is top notch. Oh and cleaning it is a BREEZE! I take the barrel outside, hose it out, then use soap & water to clean, so easy! It looks as perfect after 2 months as it did when it arrived! Absolute chefs kiss, HIGHLY recommend HHO Love AND this litter box!

I purchased this litter box six months ago and it has made my life much easier. About three months after my cat started using it it started glitching out. During the cleaning cycle it would keep endlessly cycling for hours and then my cat couldn't use it. When I would try to reboot it it didn't help. The customer service in the app was superb. They helped me troubleshoot and when that didn't work they sent me a replacement for the malfunctioning base.

This is a great litter box. I got it for my daughter and her fiancé . They have a small apartment , so this helps keep it neat and clean. Also, my future SIL has allergies , so I’m hoping this will help him out a lot. My daughter set it up and the cats took to it right away!

This product is awful. The unit does not properly level out. I must reset the level by hand so that my pet does not pee and defecate on the special latex floor. Each morning I have to clean up litter (I am using the best clumping litter sold in the USA) that flies out of the unit every day. I also have clean out the disposal mechanism and ejection tube each day. The machine cannot move the feces or the urine lumps to the drawer because it is too narrow. That cause a backs up in the exit sleeve. I must manually move the cats poop and pee clumps. When I complained the seller gave me suggestions like changing the food for my cats. That is a ridiculous response. The product is defective not my cats! Maybe it is lost in translation. The seller will not accept return. Amazon will not accept the return. Save your money and sanity (and sanitation). Do not purchase.

Love love LOVE this thing! I love my little boy but I hate anything to do with maintaining a litter box- it’s just a sensory nightmare for me. I’ve wanted a litter robot for years and finally made the switch when I was this was on sale. I think I paid around $280, which is a fantastic price for what you get, assembly was simple and the app is fairly easy to navigate. The only thing I’d note for the app is that it is in military time, haven’t figured out if there’s a way to change that yet, and you have to manually turn on motion sensing in the settings (it’s towards the bottom). Otherwise; doesn’t smell, fairly quiet- though it does startle sometimes during the night when I’m half-asleep, and cleanup is straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

The box works- it does what it’s supposed to do. As far as working for my particular cat…. not so much. My cat is a 17 pound tabby, and the litter box is just too small for him. His body hits the top and the sides when he’s inside of it, and I can’t help but think of this when I pick him up, knowing that his head and body have been brushed against litter box waste. When he pees, the urine pools around his feet, so when he gets out, he tracks it through the house, and simply because he has no room to move inside of it. I would not buy this design again.

It took my cat a couple of months before he started to use it but now, he is , and I, am happy with it. I placed it near to his old litter box and even though he was curious and would climb in and out, he did not use it until I finally covered his old litter box. Now he happily uses it and watching my cat watch the cleaning cycle is hilarious. He's curious and doesn't know quite what to make of it. Creeps closer and then back away until the cycle is done.
