I love love love this box! I have seen complaints about the app not being online, but I suspect this is more about your individual wireless internet than the app. Regardless, I have been on the app obsessively monitoring our 2 kitties and their transition to this box and have had zero issues with connectivity. Side note, the box will 100% function without access to the app. Several reviewers also complained about the silicon mat inside, I double checked mine and it was snapped in properly, plus there was an extra included in the box, so I'm not anticipating problems there. Pros: There has been much less litter on the floor, although I can't say how much of that is the design as compared to our previous top entry boxes or if it is due to the litter mat design-either way it's working. It took our 2-10yo siamese a little time to adjust. I set it up on the 25th, so It has been about 10 days, and while I eliminated one old box a few days later, we do still have the 2nd one out. I suspect it will be gone by the end of the week. With 2 cats (who may or may not have been peeing extra for the purpose of checking out the new box) 10 days was the full day and the first time I had to switch out the waste bag. It was super easy and convenient and such a huge improvement over scooping. The litter dumping function was unexpected - not sure how I missed it with all my research - but I am ridiculously excited about letting the box simply dump all the litter into the waste bag and refilling with new litter. So much easier and less messy than old school way of turning an entire box upside down and hoping it gets into bag or using liners that you hope don't tear. I look forward to healthier cleaner litters for both our kitties and their humans because this is so easy. It's super quiet. One of my kitties is a little skittish and is not phased at all when it cycles while she is in the room. As a person, I hardly notice it at all and sometimes only notice it is cleaning because I am stalking them on the app. Odors have been unnoticeable, except directly after the box is used and is therefore not much different than our people potty. The cleaning cycle makes sure the poop is coated so it doesn't smear all over the sides during the process. This is key for us since neither cat is fond of covering it with litter. I also liked that the entry point is not super high because the waste bin is accessible from either side (at the back not underneath) so you aren't restricted on placement which doesn't make the bin higher such that it requires stairs. Cons: I will need to buy more bags than anticipated because litter dumping function requires a bag, but overall this feature is a huge plus so this is barely a con at all. I wish the app kept the information for longer as 7 days feels a little short. While I probably don't personally need evacuation data for more than 14 days, that seems like a minimum in the event a cat is having issues and the vet asks you those questions. Weight information would be nice to have for much longer like maybe 6 months. Additionally, it would be great to be able to view multiple time periods. I can view data for 1 cat or both at the same time, but only for one day at a time. It would be nice to be able to see for longer periods (like say 14 days) maybe some kind of a graph function? I held off a long time on a robotic litter box as the last one I tried decades ago was an early raking version that frankly sucked. Since the litter robot came out, but had such a high price point, I have been watching and waiting. So far this has been an amazing purchase at a great price point for your normal consumer-because let's face it, who wants to spend nearly a grand for something to store poop in? On the fence? I say take the plunge & buy it!!! **EDIT - One user complained and posted video about the inside of the box getting poop smears. I have now experienced that. I've increased the wait time for cleaning, to give the litter more time to absorb less solid poo. However, I will also say that it's extremely easy to wipe down the inside and remove any wall smears in between cleanings (I've been using a pet cleaning wipe for minimal scent so as not to deter use) and any normal pet parent would do this, just as you would if the cat took a dump outside the box i.e. you wouldn't scoop the litter but leave the poop on the outside because the cat missed. Maybe increasing the time will resolve this, but regardless wiping it down when this occurs in between cleanings is a small price to pay to not have to manually scoop 7-10 times per day as I would to keep the litter clean in between uses as would be required to match what this letterbox accomplishes.

I’ve had the HHOLOVE TY Pro for a few weeks now, and it’s hands-down one of the best pet care investments I’ve made. Assembly was so simple, and the design feels sturdy and high-quality. The 60L tub is spacious enough for even my big cat, and the low entry makes it easy for any cat to get in and out of. The cleaning cycle is pretty quiet, and my cats not only adapted to it but also find it entertaining to watch. One cat was nervous about using the litter box at first but warmed up in a few days, while the other jumped right in. I love that the enclosed design gives them privacy, and the odor is almost nonexistent. Maintenance is simple because it requires emptying the waste drawer and adding fresh litter. The app will even tell you when to clean and when and what cat used it. The TY Pro feels like a huge step up from my old litter box in terms of convenience, cleanliness, and even appearance.

This robotic litter box is amazing! You don’t see or smell the waste. It self sanitizes with UV light. It syncs with an app on my phone and alerts me when the waste drawer is full so it can be collected and dumped. I highly recommend!

I waited 2 months before writing to make sure I can definitely say that I am in absolute LOVE with this litter box and my cat is too! The original litter box I ordered came with the hood slightly damaged, some of the “lock” bits were broken or broken off, this was definitely done in transit. I think something had been stored on top of my device box or it had been thrown in a truck somewhere. I contacted customer service immediately (very easily via the app) and they responded quickly. I was able to attach pics and short videos and they decided to send not only a replacement cover BUT ALSO extra rolls of litter bags and deodorizer! I was told that I could use the cover until I received the replacement. Over the course of that first week I noticed a slight thump in the rotation. This grew and by the time I received the replacement cover, it had become 2 thumps. I kept customer service in the loop this whole time and tried many of their trouble shooting tips. The thumping didn’t stop and after 2 weeks of owning and 1 week after receiving new cover, it grew to sometimes 3 thumps! I sent a video and Customer service immediately sent a replacement litter box. My mind was blown! This is AWESOME customer service! So now you see why I really wanted to wait before I wrote my review. My original box had been damaged in shipment MORE than physically shown and I wanted to make sure the replacement was all I was hoping for… IT IS and I highly recommend this litter box. It works flawlessly and my cat took to it immediately. Zero leakage, design is awesome, size is great (I had a huge basic litter box before and this is smaller). My cat is 11lbs and fits perfectly. Once you sync with the app, the motion sensor auto stop feature works perfectly! And then the customer service is top notch. Oh and cleaning it is a BREEZE! I take the barrel outside, hose it out, then use soap & water to clean, so easy! It looks as perfect after 2 months as it did when it arrived! Absolute chefs kiss, HIGHLY recommend HHO Love AND this litter box!
