    • Only a Temporary Litter Box
It was fine for less than 1.5 years. That doesn't mean it was always easy, but it worked enough. Now, it gets stuck on these errors that cannot be cleared. We know to do all the things – check the bag, clean the sensors, etc. We've spent hours getting it to work consistently and is just a pain. Do not recommend. Not looking to spend this kind of money for something so temporary. ... show more

    • A Total Game Changer for Multiple Cat Owners!
Review Image by Telsa
I can't say enough good things about this self-cleaning litter box. It has completely changed my daily routine and made owning cats so much easier. The biggest benefit is that I never have to scoop litter anymore. The unit takes care of everything automatically, which saves a tremendous amount of time and eliminates one of the least enjoyable parts of pet ownership. Another thing I love is the odor control. Before getting this litter box, I always worried about litter box smells lingering in the house. With this system, I honestly never smell any foul odors at all. It keeps everything clean and fresh, even with multiple cats using it regularly. The convenience alone makes it worth every penny. No more scooping, no more handling dirty litter, and no more unpleasant smells. It stays clean with very little effort on my part, and my cats adapted to it right away. If you're tired of dealing with traditional litter boxes, this is one of the best investments you can make. It's reliable, easy to maintain, and a huge time saver. I would absolutely recommend it to any cat owner looking to simplify their life and keep their home cleaner and fresher. ... show more

    • Stopped Working After a Few Months
I’m deeply disappointed with this product. It worked reasonably well at first, but after about 4 months of use, the sensors started malfunctioning. The machine would sometimes stop rotating and fail to perform its primary function: scooping the litter. I cleaned the sensors and tried to troubleshoot the problem, but it kept happening. After around 7–8 months, the issue became much worse. The sensors no longer worked properly, and the unit started showing a “bottom pitch sensor” error message. At that point, it became unreliable and essentially unusable. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is a cat litter box, so exposure to urine and normal litter box conditions should absolutely be expected. In my experience, it seems like cat urine can affect the sensors over time, which suggests a poor design decision or inadequate protection for such an important component. For the price, I expected a product that would last much longer and perform consistently. Instead, I ended up with a machine that stopped doing its main job in less than a year. Very frustrating purchase, and I would not recommend it. ... show more

Review Image by Starlette G.
It was cool at first and I got a good 7 months out of it. Ive been searching for a customer service number for 3 months. Im still unable to reach a human and im stick with a broken litter bkx that lights up.. I cant even contact anyone for another leg piece from losing it during a move... I frustrated that it doesn't work anymore and I have to go through so much to use it. ... show more

    • Great value
Game changer. Only downside is personal cuz my cats tend to me in the same spot so when I empty it I have to scrap the bottom. Size is great. Takes up as much space as a large litter box would. Bummer is if the power goes out and comes back on you do need to reconnect.

    • Pretty good/little pricey
This litter box has changed the game for me! It has its little errors sometimes when the sensors are triggered, but it’s usually an easy fix by removing litter, or pulling in and out the drawer a couple times so it falls in. My favorite part is that it helps with smell— not perfectly of course but it’s not open like a regular box. I’ve had mine for over a year. Taking the grey middle barrel part out that actually holds the litter and jetting it with the hose every once in a while helps too! ... show more

    • Doesn’t last
Had trouble with it dumping and getting stuck after about 5 months of owning it. No way to return then I guess. Struggled for a year and a half and finally about to throw away.

    • GOOD FOR MULTIPLE CAT HOMES
I have 3 cats and this has cut down soo much time I spent daily cleaning litter boxes. I just have to empty the drawer every other day and refresh the litter on top. The size is perfect for big kitties. I have a 20 lb cat who can fit beautifully and can still fit his butt inside to poop. I would definitely recommend for any multiple cat home! The noise is almost nonexistent, its very easy to clean. The only complaint I have is the smell, BUT that is remedied by dumping it more frequently. ... show more
