I have 3 cats and this has cut down soo much time I spent daily cleaning litter boxes. I just have to empty the drawer every other day and refresh the litter on top. The size is perfect for big kitties. I have a 20 lb cat who can fit beautifully and can still fit his butt inside to poop. I would definitely recommend for any multiple cat home!     • Stopped Working After a Few Months
I’m deeply disappointed with this product. It worked reasonably well at first, but after about 4 months of use, the sensors started malfunctioning. The machine would sometimes stop rotating and fail to perform its primary function: scooping the litter. I cleaned the sensors and tried to troubleshoot the problem, but it kept happening. After around 7–8 months, the issue became much worse. The sensors no longer worked properly, and the unit started showing a “bottom pitch sensor” error message. At that point, it became unreliable and essentially unusable. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is a cat litter box, so exposure to urine and normal litter box conditions should absolutely be expected. In my experience, it seems like cat urine can affect the sensors over time, which suggests a poor design decision or inadequate protection for such an important component. For the price, I expected a product that would last much longer and perform consistently. Instead, I ended up with a machine that stopped doing its main job in less than a year. Very frustrating purchase, and I would not recommend it. ... show more

This is pretty great and has been worth it overall, but it is sensitive and can be prone to failing depending on the type of litter you use. We use the fresh step brand litter with it that come in the febreeze/gain branded boxes and it works perfectly. Too big or too granular won't work well.

I was honestly hesitant to spend over $300 on a litter box, it was on sale for 259 therefore, I gave it a try. After using this for two weeks, I can confidently say, it’s one of the best pet investments I’ve ever made. It works super well for my family. I have two cats, and they took to it surprisingly quickly. The self-cleaning system works smoothly, no jams or weird smells and it’s sturdy. The odor control is amazing, my house no longer smells like a litter box, even when I skip a full clean-out for a couple of days. The app is easy to use and actually helpful, you can monitor usage, see alerts, and even control cleaning cycles remotely. What I really love is the ambient light feature, it looks futuristic and the cats seem to love it too. It’s also quiet when running, and the waste drawer is easy to empty and replace. Overall, if you’re tired of scooping or dealing with messy litter areas, this litter box will truly change your life. It didn't work. It stopped functioning just one month after purchase—and the same thing happened to some friends of mine. The worst part was that when I filed a claim with the manufacturer, they strung us along for over a month, promising us a discount and a replacement unit. This went on for more than three months, at which point they simply stopped responding. So, unless it comes with a warranty, don't take the risk of buying something like this. ... show more

    • Stops working after a few months.
It stops working after a while. I don’t know how to get in touch with customer service. Had the thing a year but it’s been messing up for months! It’s way too much money for this thing to constantly not work. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money!!

    • Get rid of the cloth in the bottom and it will be a much better product.
Have been using this for about a month now with two 1 year old kittens and an 8 year old cat. The fact I can use my own clumping litter is a plus. The cloth bottom is a VERY HARD no. It soaks in urine and lets some pass through to the underneath. The stench of ammonia at times will take your breath. In the corners of the cloth you must rake yourself several times a day to remove the clumped urine litter. It is fairly quiet and so far has held up well. Seems to be an overall decent value. However, if you buy this, plan to rework the bottom of the barrel. Under the cloth liner is a hole, probably to allow seepage to pass on to the waste area. I have sealed that with waterproof duct tape inside and out, for now and will probably permanently fix with abs and aquarium adhesive. ... show more
