I’ve been using this automatic litter box for about 6 months. For the first 5 months, it worked perfectly and I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, for the past month, the automatic cleaning function has stopped working completely. Now, the only way we can clean it is by removing the top cover and manually moving the drum, which defeats the purpose of buying an automatic litter box. The return window has already closed, so I’m unable to return it. I’m leaving this review in the hope that the seller sees it and can offer a solution or support. It was cool at first and I got a good 7 months out of it. Ive been searching for a customer service number for 3 months. Im still unable to reach a human and im stick with a broken litter bkx that lights up.. I cant even contact anyone for another leg piece from losing it during a move... I frustrated that it doesn't work anymore and I have to go through so much to use it. ... show more

This litter box has changed the game for me! It has its little errors sometimes when the sensors are triggered, but it’s usually an easy fix by removing litter, or pulling in and out the drawer a couple times so it falls in. My favorite part is that it helps with smell— not perfectly of course but it’s not open like a regular box. I’ve had mine for over a year. Taking the grey middle barrel part out that actually holds the litter and jetting it with the hose every once in a while helps too! ... show more

This was great until it wasn’t. I bought February 2026 and today (July 22,2026) it will not work. It says the bottom infrared sensors are triggered but I have taken it completely apart and cleaned all sensors, changed the litter and bag. I have factory reset it and unplugged it a dozen times. I am unable to get product support for this product and it is 5 months old. This was never t inexpensive either but now it’s nearly $75 more than what I paid. Would not purchase again. I was honestly hesitant to spend over $300 on a litter box, it was on sale for 259 therefore, I gave it a try. After using this for two weeks, I can confidently say, it’s one of the best pet investments I’ve ever made. It works super well for my family. I have two cats, and they took to it surprisingly quickly. The self-cleaning system works smoothly, no jams or weird smells and it’s sturdy. The odor control is amazing, my house no longer smells like a litter box, even when I skip a full clean-out for a couple of days. The app is easy to use and actually helpful, you can monitor usage, see alerts, and even control cleaning cycles remotely. What I really love is the ambient light feature, it looks futuristic and the cats seem to love it too. It’s also quiet when running, and the waste drawer is easy to empty and replace. Was great…. until it stopped working a year after we got it. The mat at the bottom that holds the litter is so hard to clean as well and there is no way to replace it. The smell has gotten unbearable and we have to manually turn it to clean it. DO NOT buy this! For how much we paid, it should’ve worked longer than a year. ... show more
