The media could not be loaded. So the box it’s pretty light weight , the poop bag comes set up which is great because there is no guessing how this goes on also be sure to look carefully that way you know when it’s dirty how it was installed the first time Thus far I’ve seen it level out the litter and the noise really wasn’t that bad at all it cleaned itself and leveled itself in about ? 3 minutes The set up was pretty simple I will update on the smell since my cat hasn’t pooped yet but it does have an Oder removal function? We’ll see how that works Now down to why it lost stars …. the internet to connect the app so annoying on so many levels but I will be contacting someone to help me figure out how to set it up to be honest it kind of makes me a little uncomfortable since I don’t know like what if I change something and then now someone has access to all my information? I love this machine! I located it in my living area entry way. There is zero smell from it. Cleaning it is a breeze! I may never have to dig through dirty litter again! Changing collection bag if a breeze! Deep cleaning is a breeze! Easiest litter box maintenance I have ever had. The only draw back is that two of my four cats are too large to use this litter box. They are 15-20lb cats, long and tall! I wish this came in a size maybe a third again larger than this model. Then I would buy one for each room of my house! Ca not say enough good things about this model! ... show more
