I'm doing a new review after two months of use. It's in my bedroom with 7 foster cats. First the good: I like the features, and the cats took right to the box no problem. Most of the time it works pretty well. Support has been great and they are constantly improving the app and tweaking the operation. This unit will get better with time. It does a good job keeping the smell down. However, there are some significant issues: The cats seem to like to use the bathroom in groups. Which means that while it's scooping, if another cat looks in it just stops, so they see it's stopped and jump in and poop behind the rake, causing a huge mess. These are young foster cats, so they look at it a lot and that's causing it to stop a lot more than needed. The unit leaks urine from the back because the tray overlap just isn't very deep. I've had to resort to stuffing a bunch of paper towels in the back to soak up the urine, which works well, but I still feel like this could have been prevented with greater overlap. If your cat doesn't pee high this won't be a problem for you. The tray just doesn't hold much litter so if you have a digger or an old cat that pees a large amount, there's a good chance it will clump and stick to the tray. I have to scrape the pan daily. I was able to make this problem much better by covering the clean tray with floor wax. It wastes a lot of litter, so I have taken to scooping the used litter it deposits in the waste bin to reuse the good litter in other litterboxes. The waste will pile up in the back of the bin and so it will never be more than half full before it gets so high that the flapper door will smear waste all over the place trying to close or when removing the waste pan. Overall, I spend about twice as much time cleaning this box as I did a regular litterbox because I can't just throw it in the sink. I think this would work well for someone with one or two small cats that are very tidy, but it's not a timesaver for me with 7 cats. I'm raising the review to five stars because they are taking it back and say it's not for more that 3 cats. I can accept that but it didn't say that when I bought it, however great support like they have deserves a good rating.

Pattern Name: Black Self-Filling Litter Box
This litter box was/is one of the most expensive mistakes I've made. I had a drum model that worked well but the cat was getting too big for it. This one was advertised as great for large and multiple cats. I bought it on Jan. 24, 2026. It worked "OK" for about a week. The app showed all the information that it advertises ONE time and then most of the functions stopped working. I reached out to the manufacturer but I did not receive a response. I had thrown away the original packaging so I couldn't return it based on the stated requirements for returns. I reached out again about a week later and still no response. I stinks. I have to empty the waste drawer at least once a day to be able to stay in the same room. I've replaced the litter multiple times and cleaned the inside of the box. I get about one day of no odor when I replace all the litter. I have charcoal odor control fixtures on the inside upper walls and top. I have an Arm & Hammer pet deodorizer in the waste drawer and one in the room near the box. Nothing overcomes the cat waste odor. I am beyond disappointed. This was a lot of money for something that does not work and no help from the company.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second attempt with an automatic litter box. The first one I bought was a rotary type, but I found it had significant safety risks. When the box rotates, it can block the opening. One day while I was at work, the system detected that the cat had used the litter box and then sent an alert that it had stopped functioning. I was terrified and immediately drove home. When I arrived 30 minutes later, I found that, indeed, the rotation had stopped midway and the opening was blocked. I was in tears, thinking my cat was trapped inside. I prayed to God, hoping my cat was still alive, and to my relief, I discovered the cat wasn't in there! It was a close call! I returned the product and never tried any rotary-style automatic litter boxes again. Then, I found this model, and the way it scoops the litter is similar to how humans use a scoop, so there’s no safety risk for my cat. This is why I decided to give it a try. I’ve been using it for a week now, and I really like this product. Based on my experience, here are its pros and cons for your reference: Pros: The scooping method is so safe. The automatic litter replenishment is very convenient. You can travel for a week or so leaving your cat with this autofilling litter robot. The waste bin has a large capacity and can last almost two weeks for one cat. The touchscreen has a default lock function to prevent accidental touches by the cat. It has UV sterilization and odor elimination features. Cons: The gaps in the scooping grid are a bit wide, and I hope they release narrower accessories, or I may need to switch to coarser litter. I hope the clumping time can be extended a bit longer, I’m looking forward their updating in the app and release this function to users. It would be great if future versions could include a camera to monitor the cat. The cons are not bothering me at all, I think we can find some way to solve them. I’m very satisfied with this cat litter robot, and so do my cat.

I loved almost everything about this box, I bought it to accommodate my very large cat, unfortunately, it couldn't, there are a lot of great features but lots of leakage, so much so that it drained out from the box to the tiles below, there was such a stench on the second day, it was unbearable, the litter capacity and the refillable feature is amazing, to invest on such an expensive box, some of the issues needs to be ironed out, I had to return it. also. there was no smell control, the pet waste smell lingers, and it is very difficult to clean due to the design of the box, sorry
