The only way I knew of the shipping cost was a customer asked if it was 200.00. I checked my Amazon Prime Account and they charged me 260.00 on a 199.00 item. I did not see this cost until the customer asked me the question. I unfortunately thought since I had Prime I would not be charged. The instructions are minimal and in Chinese. It was super easy to set up and I got it up and running within 2 minutes. My cats are super curious about it and was observing from a distance. Once I got it up and running they were eager to try it. I've always wanted an automatic one cause I'm tired of scooping my cat's poop everyday. Been using this for a few days and it does a great job covering up the smell! Did not like the price ($200 for the item but $260 for shipping). The app that goes with it is not compatible with Android phones. When trying to install, Android phones give a warning about the app being able to gather personal information to be able to track you.

Couldn’t choose Zero. No instructions in English. Have wasted 40 pounds of litter this week. It pours litter on the floor, dumps litter in the catchment tray when it’s not supposed to. This is literally a piece of crap.
