I was looking for a cobo set (SAE & Metric) but you can't get all of the metric thread pitches in any of the sets. So I opted to go with 2 sets - 1 Metric and this one SAE. It has everything you need, it's complete. It is well made. I see not reason this won't last me forever. I basically wanted to up grade my old stuff (over 20 years old) just to make sure everything is fresh. This set comes in at a fair price point. 5-Stars so far.

The product itself is good. That being the steel bits themselves seem decent but I just can’t get over the terrible quality of the case. It breaks it crumbles and barely holds onto the bits at all they fall out when you shut it. I guess it just seems cheep for 100 dollars.

Only think I disliked is the case it doesn’t hold in some of the dies tight enough so when you open it it will allow a few to drop out of their spot. They are built well and come with the great warranty I have only used one tap and die worked perfect

I didnt like that the kit had 4 taps that cut down, and remachined. Other then that kit apears to be good to go.

Great product for the price. Simple and easy to use. However when I receive the package the case was damaged in several places (see attached pictures). All the tools were there and not damaged.

These are quite literally the worst taps I've ever used. Machinist here. I got these for home use, thinking they would work. If you are ONLY working with aluminum, they might work (key word, might). Stainless, titanium, or any steel they will melt. I don't even think they are hardened since every time I try using one in something harder than aluminum, it literally twists off and shears instead of snapping like a properly hardened tap should. Also, the teeth are not de-burred. This goes for the dies and the taps. Using tap magic, one half cutting turn forward and one half backing turn to get rid of the chips. They don't work. Something to add, I got both SAE and Metric kits. Both are same.
