THESE GUYS DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY. WON'T FIX RADIO-KEEP TELLING US TO TEAR Apart. they are in china so can't be reached until 2am Denver time. their instructions to fix need a computer expert to follow.I asked for replacement since they can't seem to get it repaired and now they ghost me. I bought in July of last year, the year is not up yet. however they aren't honoring the year's warranty. Their warranty also says lifetime updated. they havent given one, that works. The media could not be loaded. Got mine in with all the hesitation I was reading in the reviews.. it definitely plug and play simple to install in my 07 Tahoe LTZ every thin works as should learned the unit in 30 min set it up with my music and videos and it’s the real deal love it ..

Received the unit 2 days pass the scheduled date. I installed the unit, only the front speakers played audio. The rear and doors speaker had no audio. The rear view camera didn’t work, the Factory DVD player didn’t work. I returned the unit for a refund. One star for the look of the unit, the wood grain finish didn’t match, a little lighter than the factory finish. I was so disappointed ... show more
