I am so impressed -- the color is perfect and the whole process made my hair a wonderful texture. I have primarily gray/white hair that was colored by L'Oreal Excellence (which I always liked) -- I thought I would try this and for me it works great. I do have rather short hair, so the conditioner it comes with lasts for several washings and gives the best texture. I would say it is definitely worth a try -- I plan on only using this!

Love this color, however I do add some red to it... other reviews said it had some red highlights but it was not enough for me, I wanted a little more red to it... I have been coloring my hair for over 60 years and this is really a nice gentle product. I subscribe and save it now.... so I get it every 6 weeks and I don't have to go shopping..looking for it...I get many compliments on my color.

No strong smells. Still burns my scalp.

Not a strong smell but it still burned my scalp. The solution is not as thick as other box color products. The color is close to dark brown. Pretty. Left it on for 49 min. Not a complete gray coverage but it is not too noticeable. I might use this again. Hope it won’t burn my scalp as much next time.

Never used this hair product before and I loved it . My hair felt so soft and shiny. Did not dry out my hair like others do . Color was fantastic !!! Will never use any other brand .

I don’t typically color my own hair, but my hairstylist moved out of state and I haven’t had time to find a new hair person. Decided to do it on my own. I was a bit nervous, but the color actually came out pretty close to the blond I usually get. Now I’ll just have to see how long this color last. The box said leave in for 30 minutes but I left it in 45 minutes and it blended in just fine.
