Purchased these rhythm sticks and egg shakers for my 2 and 4 year old. They enjoy playing with them. The wood is sturdy and smooth. Free of any splinters. They shake the eggs to make noise. The sticks have had multiple uses. Rhythm sticks, swords, and drum sticks. I added these to their other musical instruments and they get pulled out and played with often. Happy with my purchase. It did come with a grey carrying bag not something we use but would be helpful to others carrying, storing or transporting the items. ... show more

Great choice!
I bought this set for my toddler and he loves it. I bought the 8 piece set so that we can play with the instruments together and it’s a lot of fun! I like that the set is simple and well made. The quality of the set as far as appearance and sound is great. This is a great value and well worth it!

Perfect for kids for rhythm instruction
I bought a set of these wooden percussion instruments for each of my three grandchildren who are taking piano, drums, and harp lessons. They are perfect for all three as the teachers stress counting and rhythm. Definitely is helping each child.
