I love the size of this pan, distributes heat well on our electric coil stove. hasn’t warped , and seems pretty scratch resistant. Not incredibly nonstick despite following the cook and care instructions, however it doesn’t leave food stuck or burned to the pan though. easy to clean. Not a terrible pan, but not the best either.

Surprisingly wonderful pan! I initially hestitated in purchasing this pan after taking over an hour to review several pans of this type. I wanted a two-handled pan that was oven safe @ 500°+ that I could also quickly cook on stovetop at high heat, like stir-frying. Although the information didn't express anything about high heat cooking, I purchased the pan anyway. Once received, the box noted not to use high heat! So when I was in the process of returning it I STOPPED to give it a chance because the other similar pans costs $100+ or more. Well let me share my photos and video with you! This is THEEE best (now every day) pan in my entire collection, including the more expensive name brands. This pan looks high-end, elegant, and is versatile. It works well when cooking a vast range of foods, including foods needing high heat BUT you only need to use medium-high heat to accomplish the same outcome with this pan! For those reviewers that say the pan "warps" when cooking, you are probably using too high of a heat 🥵 I'm pleased that I decided to give it a try. SnowClad pan, you're a keeper! I HIGHLY recommend this pan. Amazing value for the money too.

Wow! This is is my new go to pan. Seasoning it was easier than I thought as there were well written instructions. It's a nice weight, but manageable for me as I am disabled and have issues with my hands and wrists. It's perfect for skillet meals andh is deep enough to hold one of the 70 oz. family size meals with room to cook evenly. My daughter loves to make pancakes on the weekends and she was able to get three regular sized pancakes to fit. The true test of any pan is how well you can cook eggs and this pan passed the test. It heats evenly and nothing sticks to it. I am definitely going to purchase more Snowclad.

What was most important was that this pan had no long handle. It gets in the way. This pan sits nicely on your stovetop. You can put it in the oven. It is sturdy. While I'm using it similar to a frying pan, it is a couple of inches deep which makes it suitable for foods you would not necessarily put in a frying pan.
