I’ve been using this mainly as a facial moisturizer, and it’s one of the few that absorbs almost immediately without leaving any residue. The texture is light, spreads easily, and still manages to keep my skin comfortable through repeated applications. The pump bottle also makes it easy to use throughout the day. I greatly appreciate the fragrance free formula since it doesn’t clash with other lotions or anything else I’m wearing. I enjoy this product so much I have added it to my subscriptions, so I do not run out of it. Finding a lotion that actually makes my skin feel like its getting better has been a journey. This product is like any other pump bottle, product pumps flawlessly. I have not really picked up on a scent, if so its very light. I have tried various products and always had a heavy residue after applying that gets on my clothing. With this product I find that my whole body feeling protected without feeling like there is a stain on my clothes or my skin feeling "greasy". The lotion goes on smooth and since it is "light" it soaks into the skin. I have just recently started using it on my face as well. Even if I do put on makeup, it does not cause the powder to cake up my appearance. I have noticed in the evening that my skin has a healthy glow and still feels smooth. I noticed that since using it my skin seems less dry throughout the day and has a healthy glow. I had to buy a larger bottle since my husband has tried it and seems to be a fan as well. This lotion works wonders for my sensitive skin! I was almost hoping it wouldn’t change anything because it’s unscented (I miss my fun scented lotions).     • The Second Half of the System That Keeps Our Eczema Under Control

My husband and I both have eczema, and finding a routine that actually works has taken years of trial and error. What we landed on is two products used in sequence: Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Wash in the shower, followed immediately by this lotion to seal everything in while the skin is still damp. That second step — the sealing — is where CeraVe does its work. The ceramides help rebuild the skin barrier and the hyaluronic acid holds moisture in, but the key is applying it fast before the moisture from the shower has a chance to evaporate. We've been doing this for four years and we're both about 90% flare-up free, which for eczema is as close to a win as we've found. It's fragrance-free and absorbs without a greasy finish, which means it's practical enough to use every single day without feeling like a burden. As a standalone moisturizer it's good. Not much to say here... it's a staple for a reason. It is a good, reliable lotion, though I personally prefer the texture of thicker creams. Pros: It works for skin appearance, all skin is different but as far as mine goes it made it look firmer and softer. It felt great, noticeably lighter weight than the cream, if you're into that. And it's super easy to use (it's a pump...), it had a locking mechanism on the pump (though I forgot if it could be locked again afterwards). Cons: No complaints! ... show more
