As probably most individuals think this TV has great features and has an amazing look to it. Unfortunately the downfall to this product are the legs. They are not tall enough even for a lower platform bed which is what I currently own. Most people get creative and find a way to extend it on their own. I don’t mind but for the price there should be 2 length sizes for legs at purchasers discretion. Hopefully this will be updated soon. Overall amazing tv and I love it either way. ... show more

A beautiful addition to my living room. The picture is clear and crisp. Set up was extremely easy. Over 200 plus TV stations without using a streaming device... all free. Plus, the remote uses solar power vs batteries (can also use USB to charge). I took a chance on this because it was an open box and glad I did. I'm still learning how to see my channel guide with my streaming app since I don't need to use a fire stick... an end-user error for sure. ... show more

    • Cool design, not sure about Samsung's TV software

I bought this TV because of this design and I don't regret the purchase! However, when this TV arrived for the very first time, the remote didn't work, and it took us forever to figure out what the issue was with the remote support. At the end they had to send the support to our house to examine the issue and they found out that we got the one with defect remote receiver. Fortunately they came to our house again with the new parts and fixed the TV (and in the meantime I used the app to control the TV, which was.. not the best UI experience that I had), and since then we have been enjoying this TV. ..some of the downsides are that it took me a while to figure out how to interact with the UI (ex/ took me a while to figure out how to download an app, and how to find those apps). The software also seem to have problems sometime (ex/ Hulu did not work at all for me & network disconnects randomly, which gets resolved when I turn the TV off and on again), but overall it's bearable. Again I bought this TV entirely because of the design and that's why I am happy with it, so if you don't care about the design of this TV then you might not enjoy this as much. ... show more

Love this TV - it makes quite the statement in your space! it is far larger and imposing than what I thought when I purchased it! But, I do love it. The picture quality could stand to be better and I do find that there can be a problem with glare.
