The media could not be loaded. I actually bought these lights, they were brand new on Amazon and had no reviews but they were cheaper than others and my frugal side got the best of me. I am really glad I did. I bought 4 strands of these and so far they are perfect. I wanted a nice warm glow around my pool area. I liked the price but I was most interested in being able to dim these lights using Alexa. I purchased the below item https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XZCZW9P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This gave me the ability to turn the lights on and off via Alexa and set the light to whatever percentage I want with the dimming functionality. It even dims my old sets of lights from harbor Freight. So far I am very happy with them and they have done great in the storms we have had over the last few weeks here in North Texas. I also purchased this string light hanging kit. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F2F9V25/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It has also held up well in the storms the last few weeks and has not given me any issues. My biggest complaint is that I was one strand short and needed another strand and they are currently unavailable and I had to buy a different brand. They look the same and they are good quality but the bulbs are plastic and this annoys me. I paid more for this last strand of lights and the bulbs are not even glass. These are bright! The only problem is one of the lights does not work. I changed the bulb, but that was not the problem.

I did not notice a remote control but the lights are as expected. They dim for a more Kozy environment. That is what I wanted. Very easy to install and seem to be made of thick and durable materials.

    • Fragile Bulbs - Don’t Use Outside
Bulbs are very thin and fragile. We attempted to hang them on our RV awning, only to have them break and shatter glass all over the pavers at our campsite. I didn’t realize they weren’t shatter resistant. If you are looking to use these outside, I’d spring for some that are more durable.
