  • Perfect
Size: 43-inch
I should have made this purchase my first. TV is in perfect condition. Brand New as advertised! No damage during shipping. No mechanical issues. Been through 3 TVs from Amazon. All damaged. But not from here! And came in a day earlier than expected. Thank you!

  • Great deal, but you must register online at company website. Don't use the quick method.
Size: 50-inch
I contacted you because of the scam i spoke about in prior contact. TV arrived. Doing setup the code transferred me to India to do registration. They said I must pay $90 to register my new TV. I gave a credit card and they said there was a technical problem with my bank. My bank didn't let it go thru because of a scam risk with Tech Services on the ticket. So cc wouldn't process. They wanted another card to process. I said no. I was not happy. I called visio customer service this morning. They registered my tv and all is good. (Free) TV is fantastic and my scam was stopped by my bank. Just tell any future customers to register on line and not using the quick code registration. Don't use the quick registration. Official website will do it for free. No problems now. TV is great and it arrived perfect and 4 days early. All good. ... show more

  • Tv is fine, remote stinks
Size: 50-inch
I've had this tv for almost a year and no complaints about the tv itself. I don't watch it often, but the picture is good. I do seem to have to turn the volume up pretty high when watching movies, so a soundbar might be a good add on. My biggest complaint about this set is the remote. The one I received initially was apparently an older model and the instructions on the setup didn't match. I had to reach out and was sent a new and improved model, which I despise. I get anxiety every time I use it because it isn't responsive and I end up clicking on stupid things like paid ads that I didn't intend to click on. the mute is in a strange place and even the button placement is odd and I end up pressing things I didn't mean to. No I am going to have to spend more money to buy something universal that works right. ... show more

  • So UNHAPPY with this TV
Size: 58-inch
Bought this TV in February of 2022. Set up was somewhat easy, but I soon realized that the picture was somewhat smokey and not clear, like the contrast was off and no matter how much I adjusted the picture settings, I could not get it to go away. I have Samsung and TCL TVs in my home, and they have better, sharper, and clearer picture than this TV, and with much less adjustment in the picture settings. Not a deal breaker just yet because rearranging some of the lighting in the room did help somewhat. Not completely, but I could tolerate. After some time, I began to realize that the only app that worked consistently is the Vizio Watch Free app. Started having a lot of trouble opening apps like Netflix, Disney, Fubo and so on. All these apps work great on all other TVs in all other parts of my apartment. Tried both wireless and direct connect ethernet and no difference. Then, the TV would lose internet connection. No other device in my whole apartment had problems. Again, tried both wireless and direct connect ethernet. Had to reset the TV to get it to reconnect to the internet. Now, on top of those problems, I turned the TV on a couple of days ago and got what is in the picture attached. I can see maybe 6 inches of the top of the screen and then the rest is just a bunch of color and lines. I can get sound OK, but no picture. Trying to use the remote to reset the TV is an act in Futility. Never have I had so many problems with any TV. Guess I'll try Vizio Support, but after reading some of the reviews with problems similar to mine, that may also be an act in Futility. Wish me luck. I will let you know. ... show more

  • Nice picture, good features; buy a better remote!
Size: 50-inch
So far, so good. Excellent picture and all the features you would expect. Broadcast TV tuner works well. All local channels are rock-solid. I bought this Vizio TV specifically for the analog stereo audio output. That feature, once common, has all but disappeared from the major manufacturers in recent years. The audio output can be configured as line-level or volume-controlled. I split the output to a headphone jack (general viewing w/volume control) and the stereo receiver and speakers (line level for movies and concert DVDs). Works great! The supplied remote is the bare minimum they can get away with. Yes, it works, BUT... I watch a lot of OTA broadcast TV. The supplied remote does not have a numeric keypad for selecting channels directly. No bueno! Yes, you can select channels with the navigation keys, but it's a very cumbersome process. But not to worry! Vizio has produced several full-feature remotes that will work with this TV. I bought the XRT136 online, and it works perfectly right out of the box. Just be careful not to press the WatchFree key. That will put the TV into a weird state that can only be fixed with a full factory reset. Ask me how I know. I don't use any Smart TV features, so I cannot comment on that. If this TV performs as-is for several years, I will be a happy camper. ... show more
