These chairs were great, really easy to assemble (did 4 by myself, without instructions in less than 2 hours), my only “complaint” is that the base was a reddish color. Against my cabinets it was VERY red. My fault though. I was going to return them for that reason but Chita went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make this right for me. I ended up keeping them and painting the legs and I’m so glad I did. They’re super comfy, the color of the faux leather is a rich brown and not orangey at all like some other faux brown leather. However, because of the excellent customer service I received, I’ll continue to go back and buy from Chita when ever I can!

Chairs are comfortable but the sides of the cushions can be bothersome if you don't sit directly in the middle of the chair which, is very comfy. They are sturdy and are really attractive and appear high end.

I’ve had these for 14 months. Easy to assemble, easy to clean, comfy, sturdy. No marks/punctures anywhere. Spinning is smooth, as tested by small boys not good at sitting still. The footrests would ideally be a smidge higher for my 5’6” self, but they’re usable. I would absolutely buy these again / recommend to friends. So much sturdier than other furniture I’ve bought online.
