Beautiful gloves. We are having a 1920's day at the museum where I am a docent on July 16th so I have ordered a dress also the one I liked was to small to get over the shoulders so sent it back and have 2 more on order so hope one fits. When zipper in the side does not open the whole way it would have fit but to small to go over the shoulders. But was a beautiful dress for the price. The two coming I hope are not to large as I ordered thinking they all ran small. Then I will not have time to reorder. But happy so far with the gloves, head piece, stockings, ... show more

I bought this in addition to my flapper costume for halloween. The one that come with my dress was pretty basic and just elastic with sequins. This one is much more comfortable and better quality i feel. The actual part that goes around your head is silky and soft, not scratchy. The detail is definitely costume jewelry, plastic type painted silver, but that's what I bought it for. The head piece itself is pretty, kind of small but it has elastic in it so what can you expect? This is fine for my needs. However the ribbon is crinkley not smooth like the photo and the adornment is plastic beads. But for the price. It's great. It will add the final look to my 20s outfit for a bridal shower. And I guess if you wanted you could always take off the plastic beads and add your own crystals if you were crafty. Just what i needed last minute for a 1920's event! I read a lot of ppl mentioned it ran very small, it fit my head perfectly. Note i do have a small head. Item is not smooth like pictured on the headband but more like a garter belt, still very stylish and looks more expensive than what i paid.

I used this product for a Harlem Renaissance themed event. The headband stretches to fit all sizes. The headband looks exactly like the picture. It is a great value for the cost. I highly recommend purchasing it.
