We are having a 1920's day at the museum where I am a docent on July 16th so I have ordered a dress also the one I liked was to small to get over the shoulders so sent it back and have 2 more on order so hope one fits. If you have a wide head, may not fit, very narrow. I have a narrow smaller hat size and if I was a tad wider it would of been to tight. Strong built, good quality so you may not be able to bend it wider. But is very pretty.

This is great for a flapper costume. It matched the dress I was wearing. I loved the way it looked and it was easy to take on an off (it doesn't get stuck in your hair). The plastic beading did not fall apart, like I thought it might because I was taking on and off quite I bit over the coarse of the night. If I had it on too long, it gave me a headache (but I also could have been dehydrated as well). Just what i needed last minute for a 1920's event! I read a lot of ppl mentioned it ran very small, it fit my head perfectly. Note i do have a small head. Item is not smooth like pictured on the headband but more like a garter belt, still very stylish and looks more expensive than what i paid.

It is tighter than I expected but I could always chalk that up to my big irish head, it did fit. The one thing I didn't like was the beaded section it's very plastic and fake, not like the picture. What you would expect for the price. It's just a stretch band with a feather and embellishment hot glued on- but it stayed on throughout my 1920's themed party without any issues or falling apart.
