It's very comfortable. The first chair i installed was perfect. On the second chair everything went well until I got to the last screw. It would not hold. It kept turning and couldn't latch on to the wood. Idk. I left it out. Lol. But it works but just a little lop sided. But I'm satisfied. Would buy again if I decide to go with a tall table for our dinning room. Right now it fits comfortably at our small bar and our kids luv the spot. ... show more

I assemble a ton of furniture like this, and these are among the most difficult I've ever tackled. Why so hard? There's enough variance that the bolt threads easily become misaligned making it a nightmare to tighten. Of the four I bought, 2 were a piece of cake and 2 made me curse like a sailor. They're nice once done, but if I'd known, I would have picked something else. ... show more

Pretty easy to assemble, I put them together by myself, took about 45 mins for each chair. Only tool needed was an Allen wrench which is included. Very sturdy and comfortable. Love them!!
