While the product has a nice overall appearance, I expected more for the price. I was missing a machine screw, the the remaining ones were extremely difficult to turn into the threads for the front brackets. I ended up having to buy my own screws which went in much smoother. Also the front plastic trim pieces that cover the leg brackets are impossible to install without breaking one of the tabs off. The tabs are simply too far apart from each other. I ended up having to stick tape on the back side to attach it to the pedestal. I expected better quality from Samsung. ... show more

These risers were advertised as like new in original box, and with all parts. 1 arrived in good shape and in the original box, the second arrived wrapped in a oversized box with nothing to secure it, just a loosely taped piece of cardboard at the end of the box, missing all the attachment parts, and a broken front.
