Please reach out to me directly I cannot seem to get ahold of you any other way. I need to see if we can get a resolution for my unit. This is brand new and I had a technician come to install this. It does heat but is NOT staying hot in my shower. if you can assist I will revise my review. Thank you

Only giving 4 stars due to bad instruction manual. I didn't read much as it had wire labels and i/o labels. Had I set up the install based on the instructions, I'd have been stuck with the wrong parts! Additionally, the control box is stuck closed so it had to be glued to the wall instead of screwed... All that being said, I'd buy another one in an instant! The water is hot almost instantly and lasts like it should. The fit was perfect to replace my old 6 gallon water heater 13x13 hole. The new unit is about half as deep so water lines had to be extended. Install was easy but I'm no beginner. SEAL ALL THE CONNECTIONS!!! If you have to ask why, let a pro do the job. Also, there was no mounting hardware in kit. Only 1 spare fuse and the accessories. Seems legit for a fair price and I hope it lasts! ... show more
