The media could not be loaded. I've had this for a month or so, and the fireplace stopped working. I didnt use it continuously so I dont know why. I have followed all the instructions carefully. There's really nothing you can do on your own to fix it. Troubleshooting consists of cleaning the glass. I am returning it. I could buy a heater anywhere, but I liked the fireplace feature. Very disappointing. Previous feedback: We weren't sure a small heater would heat a large room, but it works so well. Heats the room quickly and is quiet, and I love love love the realistic fireplace. This is 1500 watt only. It puts out a great deal of heat. I would rather have the ability to switch from 750 to 1500 but it is what it is. Still a good heater .

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I use this for my bonus room and for one of my cats that enjoys watching the fake fire. I did not expect this bad boy to heat up an entire room. My bonus room is the same size as my two car garage. So a standard 10x10 or 11x11 sized room. Turn this on and after about 20-30 minutes it has hearted up the entire room. Cozy! ... show more

This heater was terrible quality, the edges were damaged and screws were coming loose. It smelled like burning when I plugged it in. Not to mention the only way to turn it on is in the back of the machine , and there’s only an on/off switch. Definitely not worth the money. Looks cheap and may be defective. ... show more
