The media could not be loaded. Bought it to replace my G6A-7E. Most fittings were the same. There was a difference in width so I had to trim it out with synthetic material. All in all works great. Codes out "E1" when it can't light a spark, but if you just turn off the water and give it a second it it starts up again just fine. ... show more

Nice unit easy install. Pulled old Rv heater out and installed. Gas fitting provided was not right had to go buy a new one. The one provided did not make the seal with the flanged copper. Had to get a fitting that had a little more head on it. Was lucky I did not explode the camper

Got it on time, didn’t work, wouldn’t even power on. Put in for the Amazon return and if I’ll understand correctly they have to inspect it before issuing a refund. And it was stated that you can get your refund reduced based off even the packaging being opened. So I bought a product that didn’t work, obviously you have to take it out of the box to find that out. Then get told I won’t get a full refund because the box was opened??? I am still waiting to how much money they will be taking off for my refund. Don’t buy this or from this manufacturer/distributor there are others with better business practices are on Amazon. ... show more

    • Needs higher water flow and only worked for 2 days

Worked for 2 days then would not heat water. Also, engaging the unit takes a higher water flow. It will not kick the heat on for a small stream of water, so must turn the water on full force (not necessarily an issue, just need to be aware). I had a restrictor in my kitchen faucet and it would not engage the heater. Removed it and it worked fine for the 2 days. Processing a replacement, so we will see if the defect is a one off or if it is just low quality. ... show more
