I love this self cleaning litter box. It is exactly what I was hoping for. It was easy to put together, set up & sync with the app on my phone. It has safety measures that stop the cleaning process if it senses one of my little kittens has climbed onto the box, while it's rotating. You can program it to self clean whenever you want. You can't smell the waste in the bin due to a good closed off waste bin underneath & the lavender scented beads you can add to the designated containers inside the waste bin, the litterbox, and the waste bin underneath, if you choose. So easy to clean & dispose of the bags- Just pull the draw strings on the bag, tie them up to seal the bag and take it out to the garbage can. With 2 growing kittens, I notice that I have to change the bag in the waste bin every couple days though, instead of once a week, but I don't mind because it keeps my home smelling clean. I also use Gain scented clumping kitty litter, which also keeps the area smelling clean. You cant beat the price for the quality. It's also very quiet. Only downside is that my kittens are so curiously amazed by it that they constantly have to watch, so the cleaning drum stops a lot mid cycle, because it senses them. It's so cute, though, so I don't even mind it. I'd recommend it to everyone with an indoor cat or 2!! ... show more

We purchased this Litter box in March of 2026 after our old one finally gave up after 3yrs and 2 cats. We read all the reviews and bought it, its now May and the sensor has completely stopped working and will shut off upside down leaving it unusable for our cats, obviously this is an issue with us working and gone most of the day to find it shut off. Deep cleaned it cleaned all the sensors and even without being used by a cat it would tell us it was full and wouldn't operate. We took out the bottom and tried to run it again and same thing the sensors claimed it was full even though there wasnt a bottom. Can't return because order window is shut and now we are stuck with a faulty litter box. After 3months of having it. ... show more

Man this auto cat litter box has worked wonders and I have 3 cats to keep up with. I like the big waste compartment and the option to control it with the app. I am able to track the cats weight and activity, I only wish it were in lbs and not grams, but we figured out each of our cats because their weights are so drastic. It took our cats about a week to fully transfer over to the automatic cat litter cleaner, but has been worth being patient with them and hoping I didn't just waste money. Unfortunately one cat will not use it, I tried for a few weeks she would only poop next to it. I added back a cat box for her and now all the cats prefer to use the other cat box not this product. I believe it’s because it isn’t large enough. My cats are now large cat, they are between 5-8lbs. The space needs to be bigger for the cats to comfortably use the restroom without stepping on their poop and pee. Sadly, this is probably a waste of money for me. I left a three star because as far as the function of the machine so far it is functioning perfectly. This just needs to be a bit larger in the area they use the restroom. Edit: customer service reached out to me and offered me a refund for the machine due to the fact it was too compact for my cats. Initially I had difficulty connecting this to the Wi-Fi. To overcome that, place this near your router and set it up. You can then place it wherever you want after that, to get it to connect to the Wi-Fi. Some of the features on the app. I do not understand what it means, and there's nothing that speaks to some of the icons. However, the things that matter I do understand. Initially when I purchased this, back in May it worked fine. Recently though I went away for the 4th of July, I was gone for 4 days and notice the app only notified me of usage two times out of the 4 days. Days. When I returned home I saw that the litter box did not clean itself, all of the waste was sitting in there. Another reviewer had stated the same thing, that she went away and when she returned all of the waste was sitting in there. I'm not sure what the difference was between me being home and me leaving as the cats. I'm sure use it the same way. So for that reason I give it a three star. And I have decided that when I'm away, I'll just automatically do a cleaning, via the app, if I do not get any notifications after a while telling me that the cats used it. ... show more

This litter box is made of flimsy materials and is unstable. The barrel shakes when the cats try to get inside to use the litter box. My cats were frightened by this and refused to use it.
