We've been using an umbrella on our little deck for years and really love this sun shade. Can't give an opinion on sturdiness or durability because we've only had it up for a few days. The quality seems pretty good and the hooks are reinforced. I measured well, however due to the dip, the measurement of the product measured to the hooks. The dip is shallow, and this sail isn’t a straight rectangle. I understand, however it didn’t suit for how I was using it so I made the return. For personal preference; the red is like Ronald mcDonalds wig red. Cheap ketchup bottle red. That may be a color you want, then this is the item for you. It was too harsh for our use.

The media could not be loaded. I loved that it was much more cost effective than a pergola and not as heavy as I have an elevated deck due to a split level house. It was fairly easy to Instal and now we can use the deck during the day where we could jtiveloge.
