I normally would contact the seller/manufacturer through a link on Amazon's page, but there isn't one. I'm hoping the company will see this review and reach out to me. I received the rowing machine very quickly, and the parts look great. One of the reasons I selected this machine is that many reviewers mentioned how easy it was to put together using the instructions. Well, in my case, Maicifi sent instructions for a completely different product. My daughter and I attempted to put the machine together using the limited graphics in the Support Section, but they weren't specific enough. I will be happy to edit my one star rating to a five star if Maicifi sends me the correct instruction manual. Otherwise, I will be forced to return this rather large product by March 5.

This is a great machine that is well made. Very quiet and smooth. It did take about an hour to assemble but not too hard. The machine has great tension and doesn't take much to learn how to Row. Its has space saving option also.

This rowing machine is perfect for an at home workout machine. It is extremely quiet, and the materials are really sturdy. You do have to assemble the machine on your own but it is super easy. When rowing the machine glides super smooth even at high resistance. The functions this workout machine has are definitely with it for the low price.

I never was the workout type, always just walked to work and am healthy, but I remembered how much fun rowing machines were to use. so I decided to try it out. And for the price , it was well worth it. Th first thing I noticed after using it was how it improved my balance. I lost most of my hearing at age 5 due to chemo and have never had any sense of balance, my posture is better and my duck feet are finally disappearing, and my thigh muscles feel more complete, and my knee joints seem to loose up for my walk to work. currently, I'm only doing about 10-15 minutes a day (due to limited time in the morning) and don't feel strained or achy after, but rather refreshed. I love the smooth motion of the magnets vs a fly wheel, and would give this 5 stars, but the foot molds are a bit uncomfortable on the heels, and the digital monitor comes loose a lot, nor will it stay on one function and keeps rotating between modes. Overall I highly recommend this, especially if you live in an apartment.

Rating a 2 because I received a returned machine, all of the hardware was thrown inside the box loosely so it was EXTREMELY hard to assemble! But with the help of a very handy individual we were able to assemble. So far, I love it! It is very smooth, seems to be good quality, folds up nice and tidy, heavy enough it doesn't rock around but is easy to move around for storage. I will update with any issues but I have no complaints (except that it was a returned mess) so far.

I am very happy with this rowing machine. The design is compact and foldable, making it easy to store after use, even in tight spaces.
