I painted three tables (no priming, sanding, etc.), because I’m not a perfectionist. Two of those were rattan, which was a little tricky, but they all turned out great! Make sure you’re working in a very-well ventilated area. I did mine outside on big pieces of cardboard. WORD OF CAUTION: My first can stopped working after I took a break to let it dry some. The company was very quick to respond, but I found a solution within an hour. You may need to remove the nozzle and soak in solvent or paint thinner to get it working again. Of course, I had neither, so used isopropyl alcohol. It did the trick. Also. If you’re doing a large project with multiple cans, save your used nozzles—just in case the soaking doesn’t do the trick. I used CHARCOAL. I’m not handy at all, but this was super-easy!! I don’t know how they’ll hold up with scratches, since I didn’t prime, but I don’t have small children who might test the boundaries.

Color: Blush Pink
Size: 30 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Pattern Name: Brush
Will choose this brand for future projects! Used Blush Pink. I've only used one other chalk brand (don't remember which) to compare but the Rust-oleum was very easy to work with. It isn't as viscous as others I researched. Easy to apply. Because paint on electronic screen is deceiving, I went to Lowes with a swatch I painted and tried to color match. The closest color I found was Valspar Rosy Glow 1008-8C. My Lowes has a somewhat limited selection so there may be more exact colors for comparison but in medium to dim light, Rosy Glow is highly comparable. In bright light, it's still the closest I found but not as exact. If you zoom in to the desktop you'll see some streaking. That was poor application on my part. I used a different liquid wax which I wouldn't recommend. Don't blame the chalk paint brand for my bad painting skills. I definitely recommend.

Color: Oat Latte

Great paint!!! The color is lighter than what is shown on the can but still a beautiful color. I mixed it with briar smoke gel stain and it gave the most beautiful beachy weathered look!! I definitely will use this again.

Color: Chiffon Cream
Size: 30 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Pattern Name: Brush
Buy it! First off, the Chiffon Cream is NOT yellow like the photos, it is the perfect cream / off-white color. I will say it probably could be “one coat” like advertised because it is insanely THICK. It even says if it’s hot out you can water it down. For my project I was painting over black so I ended up doing one thinner coat (had to keep adding a little water to thin it out) then a thicker coat. I wanted a rustic weathered look so I wasn’t too terribly concerned about covering completely. One pint was basically just enough for a king sized bed frame. I ended up using the Matte Top Coat as well which was super thin, easy to use. Follow the instructions about not painting over an area too many times or else it will thin the paint. See before and after photos. 100% recommend. I will be doing the nightstands and dresser next! Giving it 4 stars only because the thickness made it almost impossible to work with (I definitely recommend watering it down a bit) - I would have needed more than one pint for my bed frame.

I was looking for a paint to mimic cast iron. I'd bought a a very old, rusted restroom sink i wanted turn into a planter. What had originally been exposed had a porcelain coating. And after sanding that coating and priming it, I began searching for a paint that most closely resembled the rest. After spraying a layer with a textured paint that resembled rust I used this chalk paint over to create the desired effect. Came out perfectly.

Loved this green chalk paint! The color is rich and vibrant, and it goes on smoothly with great coverage. It gave my old furniture a fresh, modern look with minimal effort. So far it has been on my furniture for over a month, even with moving it seems to hold very well.
