All in all this is a good rowing machine. I wish the seat was a little more comfortable with some cushioning and the handle longer to more resemble the better Concept 2 handle. These handles aren't as kind to my sweaty hands than I seem to notice on the Concept 2 at the gym. With those two improvements, this would be an absolutely amazing rowing machine for the price. The display monitor gives me inaccurate varying stroke rates per minute even though I'm maintaining a steady pace. This doesn't bother me because I'm more interested in time and distance and I can maintain a steady pace. I know that if I was to contact Support they'd undoubtedly send me a replacement, but since it doesn't bother me I'm OK to live with it. On the plus side, this rowing machine is MUCH quieter than the Concept 2 which is considered the model professionals use. And, it's a fraction of the price. Also, their Customer Support is incredibly responsive and strive to fix whatever's the problem. In my interaction with them they were grateful for my suggestions and were keen to offer any help needed. They're a start-up company and eager to improve wherever they can. I love that attitude. I took one star off because although it's a great company and a good product, there is some room for improvement. This rowing machine will give you a good workout, although for a serious gym person the tension may not go heavy enough. All in all, it's well made, very easy to put together, great Customer Support and I feel very good value for the money.

Really happy with this rowing machine! It feels sturdy and smooth, and the resistance is easy to adjust. I especially like how quiet it is, so I can work out without disturbing anyone at home. The seat is comfortable and the machine feels stable even during harder workouts. Assembly was pretty straightforward too. Great choice for a full body workout at home!

Awesome machine! My husband and I workout a lot in our home gym setup and this was a great addition. We've been using it now for several months and it's held up great! It's quiet too so a lot of the time I'll turn on a show and use it and it passes time way faster than watching the clock lol! It also stands up so it's out of the way until we need to use it which is awesome because our setup isn't huge. Would buy again!

WOW! I rowed on the crew team in college back in the 1900's! Now im a 54 yo out of shape women who still appreciates the full body workout "when done correctly" of the rowing machine. Less trauma on the knees and ankles than running. I put this together by myself with the given tools in about an hour. Easy to follow directions. First ride was on highest level and oof... I was right back in the boat on the Monongahela river. Dialed down to 7 and kept going, much better! The seat slides soo smoothly and is comfortable. The console will be a learning curve as i lack children with tech knowledge but I will persevere. Storage is cool in that it can be stood up and placed in a corner of my home office. I am MOST pleased with the quality for the price! At 10x cheaper than most others i saw, and met all of my expectations, this is a must have for home cardio and muscle building. Buy it!

This is a great budget machine for the money, but the battery powered digital monitor that comes with it stopped working after 6 months, which makes it impossible to track your mileage and strokes per minute for workouts. Can't reach seller to see if there is a way to replace it.
