Great machine
Does it work! It works great on picking up spills stains worth the price. I like the fact that it actually sucks up the water and not soaks the rug

Wasted Time & Money
I used this yesterday to clean the upholstered seats in my car, this worked for about 15 mins the cut off. I had to let it sit on off for about 30 minutes before it would work again and again worked for about 15 minutes before it cut out again. Thus went on pretty much half the day yesterday/evening so I took me HOURS, to only get 2 of the 4 seats done. Absolutely ridiculous! I am beyond disappointed with this. I ultimately looked this up on Amazon to find out everyone has reported the same issues with this cleaner. I would rather just get a refund to purchase a better one but it’s such a pain the butt returning this and the amount of wait time to get my money back and then having to wait for a different one to be delivered after time already waisted. This company really needs to do better! I would not recommend this EVER!

Buena compra

Definitely portable and easy to use!
Easy to use! Very portable, I just wish it had a longer hose and handle.

Sucked out a lot of dirt
Wow, this was very easy to use and I am kind of disgusted that I was sitting on that much dirt. It was amazing, and yet gross to see the dirt come out of the couch. For such a small machine it did a great job. This was very easy to use and cleanup was simple.

Bad investment.
I thought it would be good to do my carpet on the stairs. I barely got to the third stair and the machine cut off. It was running hot, then turned itself off. I like how compact it is, but it's not built to do a job mor than 20 minutes. I read the other reviews that said the same thing. I wished I'd read the reviews before I purchased this machine. I would have gotten something else.

Lacks suction power.
I ordered this Rosewill portable carpet cleaner because I l typically have something small and portable on hand for pet accidents and spot cleaning in general. I like the simple design of it, overall looks, and that everything works well. I also like the fact that it had no leaks, or functional issues getting it ready quickly for a cleanup job. When it came to stain removal, it did okay, but not great. I think that is because the motor lacks power and suction compared to other units I have owned. When I say this, I am comparing similar stains using the same cleaner, so only the machine is different. Based on my results, I don't think I can recommend it to others.
