I installed this product on our RV windows, to keep out the hot sun. And for that it works well, reducing the amount of heat coming through glass windows. The privacy effect is nice too, even in the predawn darkness of morning, when I look in from the outside, I cannot see anything but for a light or tv on, barely, but cannot see my wife. Perfect for a retired couple living the RV life. As for installing, read ALL of the directions first. Use good soapy water and lots of it. I would try a smaller window first, the larger windows are tricky.

The heat reduction in the windows is amazing! We face directly west, so the sun's rays are intense (in Florida). The window film is a little difficult to install. I had trouble getting the tiny little bubbles out (I didn't see them until after I completed the install), but I am hopeful they will dissipate over time. The window privacy film looks natural from the outside and not reflective like a mirror.

Love it. It came with all the tools needed. It was sticky but flexible. Wet both the window & the plastic and put in place. Recommend before cutting the clear plastic put a sticker so it won't get hard to separate . It's not to wide but it's long enough for 3 windows & them just cut up pieces to cover the sides

Worst product, don’t buy! I’ve bought other privacy film from other companies and it was great. I can’t say the same for this product. For starters you can’t get the film layer off. I had to completely mash the corner to eventually be able to remove the film. The biggest issue is as soon as you start removing the backing, the reflective film begins sticking to itself. Making the product unusable. Trying to pull it apart just means you rip the film in half. It immediately went in the garbage and I couldn’t even get my money back. Biggest waste!

If you are going to try and use this on a circular skylight you might want to reconsider. All the tools were there. Very good. I followed the directions (removed the protective film) and used plenty of soapy water but it would not stick to my skylights. I'm wondering if it's because they might be made of hard plastic instead of glass. I ended up taping my cut out pieces to the outer edge of the skylight frame. I'm gone for long periods so I'll see if the tape held them up when I go back. They do block a lot of the light which is good. I hope the tape holds them up while I'm gone. I don't want my electric bill to be sky high.

Installed this on our storm door to help with the heat from the sun . Seems to work well as the room is cooler now. Word of advice when installing.... spray plenty of water on the glass and the film. This will make the install easier and cleaner. Be sure to clean the glass very well first.
