You dont need a special tool. I just used my thumb to push it in place. The price is also good. My local pool supply store charges 1 dollar a foot for the exact same thing. My husband tried everything, then we decided to purchase the tool to push the liner back in and the tubing to keep it in place. Both products worked very well and so far it’s been staying in. Roll was supposed to be 120 feet long. I needed 108 feet and ended up 8 feet short so my roll was 100 feet. Not happy!
