I bought this on sale, and it is doing a great job so far. The Noise level is good, will get stuck in some areas but easily cleared once identified, and mapping is good so far. Have not used the mopping function yet but once I define an area I will try it.

Nice little vac, pics up fine but has issues with running off edges, and dust bin has not self emptied. So in that respect, I can’t give 5 stars. My previous little vac wasn’t a self empty which was fine as it wasn’t advertised as such, it self mapped beautifully but was no longer available or I would have bought it again since I used for 5 years. I can handle emptying this one, but having to locate and pick from going over edges is a pain! ... show more

First it is loud, second it is very hard to map our house and the instructions are unclear and not very helpful, third the mopping did not pick up spots on the tile floor and last the vacuum works ok but we went over the room with our regular vaccum and it was full of dog hair so I don't think the suction is that great.     • Terrible, doesn’t charge or keep charge. Terrible customer service.
This should be zero stars. I had the hardest time getting connected to the app. No instructions had to Google a video by someone else. Takes too long to charge to 100% and then it vacuums for two minutes goes back to the dock at one percent charge. I have cleaned the charging points, I have reset several times. Can’t get it to work and customer service would not even help. Do not buy this vacuum if you want easy. ... show more
