A very good product! I didn’t expect much form this budget vacuum. I bought this as a secondary vacuum for my son‘s house. I have a much more expensive model and brand for my home. However, after using this a few times, I was very pleased with its performance. So I decided to keep it and give them more expensive one to my son. I had to recommend this product, especially for the money. I don’t think you can go wrong very easy to set up on Wi-Fi and very easy to connect to the app. Highly recommend.

Can't set it up and fake support number. It won't connect to WiFi on Android phone or iPad. When I tried to call the number on the book it was a different company that said they keep getting calls about the vacuum cleaner. It can't find its dock and won't stay put on it without the wifi. After 2 days of trying I finally got it set up. It doesn't clean well. It goes haphazardly and never goes back over the places it missed. Using the remote it's supposed to map out a route. It only maps out a 2 ft square then goes back to the dock. I tried several times. Don't waste your money.

Surprised it picks up as much as it does. I have concrete floors with rugs. It goes over rugs and sweeps them also. Didn't hold much hope for the price but happy. It vaccums around chairs and goes throughout the house with a grid plan. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price to try

The media could not be loaded. Just got it and so far so good it vacuumed up some small chips as a test and cleared a carpet very well, have use the mopping feature and although it is not perfect sometimes it skips some parts, it is very useful and does the job, you can always re position it to go to the missed part, recommend using medium mode for the water and not high as may leave some streaks, overall very happy with the purchase

Gave a the robot vacuum a full charge over night and went to bed excited. The vacuum ran for a little bit the next day, but didn't complete a full cycle. Next day It just stopped and will not charge nor turn on. I contacted Amazon who said the company would contact me, but they didn't after 4 days. Sent an email again. Thought maybe they would contact me on here... so hopefully. Update: Company gave full full refund. Thank you for responding
