My Rippleon Charger
Excellent level2 charger for my new chevy trail blazer ev . It is charging just like the champ that it is. I had it installed in my garage while I was out of town. It is connected by wifi and has only disconnected one time. I suspect that was because of a firmware update that it was completing. So, it charges quickly and dependably. What more would anyone want especially for the price point? BTW, I could have installed myself but I have mobility issues that would have made that difficult. And the charger charges much more economically than the "fast chargers" at commercial stations. Update About 3 weeks ago the Rippleon app quit working. I was advised. br Rippleon to sign out of the app which I did. Then, when I was told 4 days later that I could sign back in, it would not take the password nor let me know how to change the PW. So, for the last 2 weeks I have been attempting to get Rippleon support to help. But when I call their number I always get the message, " I am sorry but there is no one to answer your call". And,m I have tried the calls throughout day and night. I was promised by Amazon that I would receive an email from Rippleon concerning the issue within 48 hours. That was 6 days ago and hasn't happened. So, if Amazon or Rippleon want this one back, they need to send me a shipping label. Really poor service and support. Let the buyer beware

Looks amazing and works even better
Very happy with this charger so far. The design is super sleek — it doesn’t look like an eyesore like some other bulky chargers out there. The ambient light modes are a really nice touch and actually helpful at night. Charging speed is fast (I’m seeing a consistent 48 amps), and the schedule charging through the app works like a charm. The cable is long and sturdy, perfect for reaching the car from any angle. It feels well-built, and for the price, it’s a great deal. Definitely recommend this one!

Good charger, though card needed to start
Powerful charger and a good price. Unfortunately you need the included card to start the charger, unless you change this option through the app. However, when I purchased the charger, the app was not working, and it took several weeks for an update. I am not sure why a card is needed, something I missed reading about in the description. Support was responsive and excellent whether I called or emailed.

It didn’t work.
