It’s a great bench to me personally. If you are a big guy it’s not gonna work well. The chest fly is a bit off to me but I can work with it. The lat bar and preacher pad are separate parts you can switch out. The instructions are like ikea lol. They aren’t very detailed but it’s not hard to figure out what goes where. Took no time to put together and watched the Arnold documentary while doing it so it was fun. The bench itself is nice but again it works for me and my frame. I’m 5ft7 and 185lbs so I would say anyone much bigger is going to have a hard time with it and I would recommend another rack for squats. Overall though for the price this is a nice addition to have for the days I can’t make it to the gym or need that extra workout at home.

Bench is well made and sturdy, However it is 3" to high off floor, at least 3" to short my head hits the weight bar when I try to lay down, the latt pull bar is useless, way too short, not enough travel, the curl pad is too narrow. I never expected these measurements to be so poorly done. Instead of being excellent and satisfying, it is usable but, a great disappointment.

I've been using it for a month, and I can say it is a solid, well-built machine, especially for being so cheap. Other benches in this price rage are junk... not this one.

This is a nice bench however, the objects on the side for flys are very cramped and you will be hitting the own "machine" by doing them, barely any range of motion, I don't even use these on mine, and the bars for catching the barbell are horrendous, re-racking is extremely tedious as its so easy to catch your hands with this, be extremely careful when re-racking.

I like the bench alot but you had to guess what part was what the parts didn't have any stickers saying what was what and sometimes the instruction book wasn't labeled correctly and the pictures wasn't really too good I had to keep getting on my phone and coming here to see what goes where! And I wish it would've said it didn't come with the weights before I bought this!
