Too big for ears, hurts. You have to carry a screwdriver with you, take the ear piece out to adjust volume. Then put back in ear & see if ok. If not- start all over again. Annoying & inconvenient.

These things suck. You cant touch them at all. They constantly squeal wether valume is on one or 3 doesnt matter. They sound good when they arent blowing your ear drum.

fit stays in pretty good / Noise reduction off a little in noisy room / hearing pretty good / case a little large if you want to carry it in case you want to take them out / my biggest issue is it will be working fine and if you move it shifts and loud squeals that are hard on the ear and others can hear it to / I have only had them a few days but if you are using them mainly for hearing tv and home conversations it would be a good starter

These aids would be most useful for someone who need hearing assistance and on a low budget. They do work and improve their hearing for sound. It would be helpful for watching/hearing TV to equalize your hearing. I had a friend try them out and he said they were quite helpful but difficult to retain in his ears.
