Material is good. Strong and resistant. I didn’t give it 5 because installation was not easy at all. My husband had to buy a rotary hammer that cost us 68 dls on Home Depot, to be able to make holes on the bricks. We didn’t think about making that extra expense. It works exactly as it says it will. My only complaint is my own installation. You see, it is waterproof. That means, it holds water when it is raining, so unless you install it in such a way as to make it easy to roll up during wet weather or to drain itself, then it can collect a lot of water. It is really strong though and even in the collection of water it still maintains its integrity! It is pretty impressive that way! I am currently exploring the most efficient way to install them to get best drainage with the least collection of rain water. So far, a really taut lone at an angle seems to work the best . ... show more

The hardest part of the install was putting up posts strong enough to withstand the pulling on the 4 corners. We made sure the posts were securely cemented in the ground. We live the sail!
