The charger charges faster than what I am expected on the level 2. If I use the level 1, the charging speed is slower. The charger is more affordable than the Tesla mobile charger from Tesla. It is easy to operate by plugging it for charging and unplugging it when it finishes. The charger is portable and easy to carry around for road trips. It has many different functions which helps me understand when charging like the color of the charging. It comes with different adapter to charge non Tesla vehicles. The quality of the charger is okay because the material of it is okay.

This works like a charger. Charges my Volt just fine. The only issue I have is that, if I unplug it from the car and leave it plugged into the wall then plug it back into the car it will not charge. So, each time I have to unplug it and replug it from the wall to get it to charge.

So it worked nicely at first, but every time we unplug it from a car, it starts blinking red. Then it won't charge the car until we unplug it and plug it back in. What a pain! That's enough of a pain, but I can't figure out how to get in touch with their customer support team. Big flashy images of their customer service team stock photos, but not actual "contact us" link. Hopefully they'll read this and respond.

This level 2 charger was exactly what I was looking for. the convenience of charging my Model 3 at my apartment has been awesome. I just plug it in and forget it until I'm ready to drive again. I can also keep SENTRY mode on and not worry about my battery draining. The charging speed is slow but its better than nothing. I work from home so not having to commute to work and back makes my life so much easier. At this price point, you can't ask for more.
