I've used this charger for several months now at its full 40a rate. Only once did I need to unplug it and plug it back in to reset some kind of error. It's been out in the weather on my Lightning and has performed great. Having app access to it is occasionally useful to ensure it's at full power (it's adjustable). This would also be handy if you have an EV that doesn't have app access for whatever reason. Very reliable.

I’ve recently leased a Kia Ev6. Inside my garage I converted a 15 year old outlet installed by the previous owner to run a compressor @240 volt to what I’ll call an oven plug ( standard 240 v outlet that you can plug this charger into ). I’ve only got a 30amp fuse coming to this outlet. This charger pushes enough juice to my Ev6 to get it to 90% ( my limit for now ) from say 20% in about 6 hours ( 3 hours faster than the car thinks it will Take ) Like the display and hooks nicely and securely to the car charging port . Good value and good quality charger

We got this as a backup charger for when one of our EVs is parked in the garage, and so far, it’s worked well. The long cord is a big plus, making it easy to reach from the wall outlet across the garage. It charges at the expected speed, and the build quality feels solid. I wouldn’t say it’s the most advanced charger out there—there aren’t any fancy smart features—but as a reliable, straightforward Level 2 charger, it does exactly what we need.

Seems to work fine. Has an easy to use app. Its missing a wall mount pocket to place the unit in, instead using clips to hold the cord against the wall. It also is lacking the wall mounted socket to hold the plug when you're not charging.

Have been using my new charger for a few weeks now and it's made things a lot easier for me. I only like to charge during super off peak hours, so being able to control the charging schedule via the app is so useful! No more having to run downstairs to unplug my car before the expensive charging hours! In terms of build quality, the charger feels well put together and it comes with a nice carrying case. So far, I have not had any issues, I will report back if that changes.

The item does not work at all. Won't light up, no owner's manual, and no website. I have reached out through Amazon and there has been no response at all from the manufacturer (or Amazon). Buyer beware.
