Well made, priced right. Like most other reviewers noted, if you are planning on using these for 6 1/2” mid-bass speakers, you will have to cut the hole larger. Worked perfectly for a 6 1/2” set of JVC full range speakers, without modification, that will be placed on the rear seat of my Dodge Ram1500. Plan on putting the mid-bass speakers in the rear doors. Used polyester filler fiber in the boxes before placing the speakers in, had no problems with the speaker hookups on the rear of each box, as others noted. Pleased with purchase. ... show more

Disappointing Sound Quality - Not Worth the Purchase I recently purchased these speaker boxes, hoping for an upgrade to my audio setup, but unfortunately, they fell far short of expectations. Right from the start, the sound quality was abysmal. The speakers produce a muddled and hollow sound that lacks clarity and depth. Whether it's music, movies, or podcasts, the audio output is consistently poor and unenjoyable. The construction of the speakers also feels cheap and flimsy, which further adds to their overall lack of value. Within just a few uses, I noticed distortion at moderate volumes, and it only gets worse at higher levels. They fail to deliver the rich, full sound experience that was promised, and instead, it seems like I'm listening to everything through a tin can. If you're considering these speakers as an option, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other alternatives on the market that provide superior sound quality for a similar or even lower price. Save yourself the disappointment and invest in a product that truly enhances your audio experience. ... show more
