Contacted customer service and they told me to take picture of the damage; I did in a few days an upgraded sub was sent to me with absolutely no changes in less than a week for the new one delivered to my door. Just over a year after owning this, it stopped working due to the magnet coming off. Two separate stereo clinics have never seen this happen like it did. Professionally installed and maintained.     • wrong wire kit fuse
description shows wire kit comes with 60amp agu fuse, mine came with 80amp agu fuse that had glass housing cracked, this was like this when i unscrewed fuse connection to connect power wire to battery, so i am still waiting to power up because i need new agu fuse.
