Overall I am very pleased with the umbrellas (I ordered 3). High quality materials, easy assembly (although heavy!), responsive customer support and they look great. Very minor concerns with the longevity of the solar panel (one of the few plastic components) and the color of the cover (only tan). More details below. 1) Delivery was faster than expected (2 days), drivers messaged me via the app to arrange delivery, boxes arrived undamaged 2) Assembly was easy. I was able to assemble each umbrella myself in about 30 minutes. I am an average sized guy (5'9") and decently strong so I was able to lift and insert the umbrellas myself. I would recommend 2 people if you are smaller 3) Umbrella materials are great. Fabric is thick, pole aluminum is well designed and solid. I believe all of the moving parts are metal as well which is better than many umbrellas that have plastic caps. LED lights in the umbrellas ribs look really nice, more of a "neutral" color (3509k), not warm or bright white. I am concerned the solar panel (plastic) won't last more than a couple seasons though. 4) Opening/closing mechanism is very smooth. You do need to make sure to wiggle the arms a bit when opening initially to make sure they don't get a little stuck closed. I have also noticed that sometimes the corner arms can get caught on furniture when opening/closing so just be aware and move furniture and glasses out of the way. The 360 rotation is super smooth even my 3 and 5 year old kids can do it (I don't keep the bottom crank in place so they can't accidentally knock stuff over) 5) Cover is well designed, it has a foldable pole that you insert into the cover so you don't have to get on a chair or ladder to cover the umbrella. As other reviewers have said the cover is Tan colored (we ordered grey umbrellas). Not a big deal for me as I plan on only using the covers during bad weather or when we travel. 6) Customer support was very responsive. There were not enough grey umbrellas in stock on their website so they pointed me to Amazon. Response time was within 12 hours. 7) umbrellas bases (black water filled) are ordered separately. They are well made, no issues with leaking although I did get a hose stuck inside for a bit while filling and wasted a bit of water. Strong plastic smell from inside, but that goes away once you close it. Bases are big and I will probably find a way to build a table around it. I may end up putting bases into the ground. 8) We have had ~15 mph winds and the umbrellas barely moved. I will still lower them when winds are stronger, but it's a good sign

Arrived a week before schedule and this was the easiest setup..30 minutes which included anchoring the included base into our pavers. The 10x13 size is perfect for our court yard! Well made and sturdy. We love the solar lights too!

This Umbrella and the ground base are just what we needed on our patio. The led lights along with the ease of set up was really easy. Make sure to remove all packing material up inside the umbrella before setting up. The hand cranks (2) for extending the umbrella are easy to crank along with the crank for the swivel of the umbrella's 360-degree rotation. The ground base was very sturdy that you bury in the ground and add the required amount of cement for the sturdiness of this base. Seems great so far as we only had this now for about 3 weeks.

Umbrella is one of the finishing pieces for a large backyard overhaul. So, we were super excited. Instructions and assembly were a breeze, but DO note there are plenty of shipping packaging piece up inside the umbrella that need to be removed prior to use. I missed a few stealth ones… I’m writing to let others know that I had a small set back with the product. Bummed, I sent service an e-mail late on a Friday. They got back to me that evening and the issue was resolved. Note: You CAN turn the crank counter clockwise and the umbrella will go out, however, it won’t lock, at all. I recommended to service that they note the clockwise only rotation in the instruction manual would be good. It locks “fully open” when turned and opened clockwise. Looks great and has a super wow factor. Lights are perfect brightness and the thing goes up in seconds, down and covered just as fast. Solid quality and do get the water base. It’s pricey, ya, but 100% piece of mind it’s NOT going anywhere. Service followed up on Monday morning as well.

I've had this up for a few weeks, and I continue to like it. It seems stable with the plastic, water-filled base. I have it positioned over my spa to keep the leaves and acorns from falling into it. I like how easy it is to adjust the umbrella up and down, and spin it around the support pole. The umbrella does not go up and down with the umbrella remaining horizontal, the umbrella turns at an angle as it's lowered. That should be considered before committing to the placement. The LED lights in the ribs glow nicely. You can unscrew the battery and plug it into power via the included USB-C cable for a faster charge, or you can wait for the solar panel to charge it. There's a wire in the top of the umbrella that you have to fish out of its hole and plug into the solar panel. The instructions are inadequate, and figuring out how to climb up into the closed umbrella to cut out packing material was a pain.

I live one block from the beach in Southern California which presents challenging conditions for umbrellas. I have had my 2 Purple Leaf umbrellas for almost 3 years and they look almost new. They did develop small tears in the fabric recently. I sent an email to their customer service team on Christmas Eve to ask about replacement canopies. They responded immediately (on Christmas Eve)! Even better, they told me that the warranty on the canopies was 3 years so there would be no cost for me. By December 27, the replacement canopies were delivered to my house. They were super-easy to replace thanks to a YouTube video that the customer service representative sent me. I am very happy with these umbrellas and have recommended them to many friends who now have their own. Highly recommend this brand and this company.

I purchased this umbrella about a month ago. It’s very good quality. It has LED lights, I wish they were brighter and had a remote to control them. Installing this was a breeze. I used the purple leaf in ground base for it as well. It held up well in windy conditions aswell.
