This is my third purchase of the Pure Enrichment heat pads. This review is of the 20”x24” heat pad. It’s super soft and very flexible, so you can wrap it around a knee, arm, or your side. They are absolutely the best- easy to wash and have multiple settings on the easy to read controller including a “stay on” button. The first one I got a couple years ago and works like it was just taken out of the box, even after multiple washings and lots of use! So, I can at least say my first one has lasted over 2 years. The cord is extra long, so no extension cord is needed. They come in different sizes and colors and I also have bought my third one which is 12” x 24”. Best value for a high quality heating pad that is designed thoughtfully. The blinking light is an easy fix, just unplug and let it rest for a while, then it works just fine again for me. If you have a problem, their customer service is spot on- just reach out to them. They are awesome. Others have fallen short and don’t hold up, I’ve had other brands and this one is the best.

Excellent large size - actually large! Blue is just the right color. Only issue for me is that I sleep on the right side of our bed - so if I want the plush side against my back - that means the spot where the cord comes out will have to be on the inside edge of my pillow/bed rather than on the outside lower edge. Other than that - you can actually lean up against both sides relatively comfortably. The heat control is excellent with 5 settings (all feeling different) the auto shut off works, but there is also the option to leave it on 'always'. It has held its shape well. No sound or smell comes from the material. Overall very good heating pad deal...Best I've found in years!

This heating pad is wonderful. Because of the size, it can cover large areas. It is easy to control the temperature and has the option of an automatic shut off after 2 hours. The cover is soft to the touch making it comfortable to use.

This pad is the perfect size for my recliner. I like that you can set it to shut off automatically after 2 hours or to stay on until you turn it off. The heat is adequate and even.

It's a good product and I use it alot but my older one got alot warmer then this one which sucks for the price but it's better then sunbeam brand. It's big just how I like it to be in size

INITIAL REVIEW: Worked quite well until it didn't. In less than 5 months, it failed. More waste for the landfill or ocean. UPDATE: Within 3 days of writing my initial review, I was contacted by the customer service support team at Pure Enrichment, offering clearly written instructions for trouble-shooting the issue. Unfortunately, the proposed fix didn't solve the problem, but after a brief follow-up exchange with them, I was assured that a replacement heating pad is on its way to me. What terrific, kind and unexpected customer service! I'm changing my rating to 5 stars -- with anticipation that the new unit will function well and for a long while!
