I like the vacuum and the idea of canister style. My hesitation to giving 5 stars is whether or not my expectations are what they should be. We have all tile in the house and two long haired dogs. The bottom of the canister catches a lot of hair as it moves across the floor. I like the suction power but it seems no matter which attachment hair still gets a build up on it. This vacuum can pick up a rug. Good news is you can adjust the suction rate. The fact that this company started repairing vacuums clearly shows in how the unit is designed and built. The areas that usually break seem to be engineered and made with quality materials. I was missing the second brush and they quickly sent one to us. The carpeting head is ridiculously small, almost the same size as the furniture attachment. The hose is so cheaply made with substandard plastic that it would crush with the slightest bit of pressure. The vacuum is so difficult to maneuver, even when the suction is at the lowest setting, and just the sheer weight of it. I am so disappointed. I had such high expectations for that price. I strongly recommend purchasing another brand, especially for the whopping price of $500.00. I returned it on 3/31 and am still waiting for the refund 2 weeks later. ... show more
