I bought a used Z Grills 700D3 and the chimney cap was broken. After a short research period, I decided on this cap. It was a great build quality with a long length of bolt threads which offers alot of adjustment. It fit perfectly and works just the same. Through my research, I found a "standard" for proper height adjustment so I included a picture of that method. You simply take a piece of regular cardboard and lay it flat and level on the the chimney pipe. Then adjust the cap down to meet the top of the level cardboard. It blocks wind and diffuses smoke perfectly. Thanks for a great product at a reasonable price. Now I gotta check these ribs... ... show more
