The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t sure I really needed this at first since we already have a robot vacuum that mops daily. But after using it once, I was blown away. The cleaning pad came out completely black, and this was on a floor I thought was already clean. It definitely pulls up a lot more grime than a regular mop or robot ever could. It was easy to set up and took just a minute to get going. The water heats up fast, and once it starts steaming, you can really feel how much cleaner everything is. It glides smoothly across the floor, and it is light enough that it does not wear you out while cleaning. One of the things I appreciate most is that it sanitizes the floor using only water. No need for extra cleaners or chemicals, although you do have the option to add detergent if you want to. That alone makes me feel better about using it around kids and pets. I have used it mostly on tile and laminate, and it has worked great on both. Another nice detail is that it comes with an extra mop pad that can be washed and reused. The handle swivels easily and makes it simple to get around furniture. The only small downside is the cord could be a bit longer. I did have to unplug and move it to a different outlet once or twice, but it was not a big deal. All in all, this has made my floors look noticeably cleaner and I feel good knowing it is also sanitizing them. I am genuinely happy I bought it.

I've always been a bit skeptical about these steam mops, thinking a good old mop and bucket were the only way to go. But with two kids and a dog, I was getting tired of feeling like my floors were never truly clean. I finally decided to give this steam mop a try. This is my first time using a steam mop, and it was super easy to set up. It heats up in less than 30 seconds, which is great because I don't have a lot of time to wait around. The steam production is fantastic; you can actually see it working and lifting the dirt. My tile floors have never looked better, and it even worked wonders on the old hardwood in the living room. I was a little worried about using it on the carpet, but it did a nice job of just freshening it up. Cord is long enough that I can do a whole room without having to switch outlets, which is a small thing, but really convenient. It feels pretty sturdy, It glides across the floor so fast, I can get the whole kitchen done in just a few minutes. I'm so happy with this purchase! It really feels like my floors are getting a deep clean for the first time ever.

If you want a quick, lightweight, and effective steam mop, this one is a solid choice. The detergent chamber is a nice bonus, and it works well on different surfaces. It’s missing a few extras like adjustable steam levels, but overall, it’s a great option for everyday cleaning. 4.5/5 stars.

The media could not be loaded. Love that you have one place for the water another for the detergent. Light and easy to handle, like the fact that the handle can move in various directions, sideways etc vs being just front back. Doesn’t make much noise. Steam quantity feels good. Been mainly used on tile and haven’t used on hardwood yet. Had previously mopped with regular mop and then used the steam mop. it showed how dirty the floors were still after a standard mopping. Feels much cleaner after using the steam.

This steam mop is a gamechanger. I used to clean my floors with a normal mop and hot water. It did not clean all the spots, so eventually got on the floor and wiped with a rag and rubbing alcohol. Good bye to those days. This mop is light weight and steams up quick. My toddler spilled moisturizing cream on the floor and this steam mop got it out very quickly. I will never use my normal mop again.
