First up: I'm 5'7", 180#, Bust is 41.5", Waist is 35", and Hips are 40" - I got the Large. Fit was nearly perfect, other than the VERY wide neck that led to the sleeves falling off my shoulders when I tried this on. Got for my niece's wedding and it wouldn't work for that reason. Also the sleeves are extremely poofy. EXTREMELY. If you want to be Leisel in the Sound of Music, singing about being 16 going on 17, this is ideal. But you may be showing a lot more shoulder than you'd like.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Cute dress but not for heavily endowed women who arent very tall. Atrocious on my figure but a cute dress if you are the right proportion and height. Lean and thin works best for this in my opinion.
