The vacuum is light weight, but the suction isn't great. I dropped a packet of seeds (tiny ones) and it took the vacuum all its effort to pick them up. Even after they'd been picked up, every time I stood the vacuum up right, seeds fell down the tube and were left on the floor. I ended up with them all over the house. It would have been easier to sweep them up. I also find it quite a struggle to separate the nozzle from the motor, it's not as easy as it should be. I don't think I'd buy this again, it's obviously nothing like a Dyson, but I would like it to have more suction. ... show more

We have both carpet and LVP in which this vacuum does the trick. Very convenient its battery operated, light weight, slick design, great maneuverability, powerful, reasonably quiet, and can be hung in your closet. Had no issues with the battery at full charge do our 1200sqft home. Works great with pets, and pet hair. As well at a awesome value. Cons: Batter doesnt indicate its battery level, nor the charger indicate it is charged or charging Have to take the battery out to charge, unless you have electric in your closet my only inconvenience ... show more

I originally ordered the W300 cordless vacuum and loved it. After a few months, however, the brush stopped spinning. I reached out to their customer service and immediately received an email back asking me to complete simple steps to see what the problem was. The woman Penny was so sweet and professional and wrote back that I was eligible to receive a W100 cordless vacuum cleaner and be reimbursed! I love a company that stands behind their products and has amazing costumer service-not to mention the vacuum cleaner is perfect on all surfaces! Highly recommend!! ... show more

I had a bilateral mastectomy. I needed something light weight because of decreased arm strength. This was perfect and the best part for me is the extension wand so I can use it in corners that floor attachment doesn’t get as well.

Wee we're using a Dyson v7 and then a Dyson v8. Both are pricier by far so we tried this. For the price, it's good. The button to empty it is in an awkward position at the front. Also, the filter needs cleaned often (once a week at least if you use it daily). We've had it for about two months and so far we've had to unclog the tube 4 times. Dust and hair get stuck up in there and will not come out unless you go fishing for it. We've been using a straightened wire hanger to dislodge it and then a large clump of dust comes out and it works again. It isn't perfect but for the price, it's usable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I liked and wouldn't buy it again. But, we have it now and it's too late to return it. So we will just baby it (which is not my favorite as life is crazy enough without having to clean the inside tubes of my vacuum at least once a week) and make do. ... show more
