    • Great product for the money, just wish the cord was longer
Yes, I understand I can use an extension cord. But, I do wish the cord was longer so I can reach my shower, or the passenger side of my car. Other than that, this clean virtually everything perfectly. My bathroom tile floor grout looks brand new, the soap scum on my glass shower doors, came right off. It was great. When you press the button it gets very hot so o do have to use a cloth when I’m using it for a long period of time. It’s easy to assemble, warms up quickly and is very durable. If you need to refill the system, you have to unplug it and let it cool before you can unscrew the top to refill. There is no water leakage when you are steaming, unless you try to steam before it is fully warm, which you will know when it is fully warm because the red light goes out. Again, for the money, it does what I need it to do and I would but it again!! I clean a lot with this! ... show more

    • Fell for the gimic
Pros - it sets up quickly right out of the box, it has a lot of different attachments, it gets steamy Cons - as someone with neuropathy and EDS - it’s hard to hold and navigate the hose, and the hose isn’t long enough to set down the base; the cord is short, it seems long until you’re trying to reach windows or a shower; you don’t know how much water is left, it’s hard to time things out before needing to refill; the hose popped off the unit while I was using it for the first time - check to make sure it’s on there tight (hard to do when you can’t fully feel your hands); there was no miraculous cleaning - I waited for all the gunk to come flying out and was highly disappointed. It did pick up a few fuzzies in cracks, but in the bathroom seams the shower cleaner pulled more than the steamer did. It did, however, work great on a screen that had spots I’ve been unable to get off. Overall, I could live without it. It didn’t do enough for me to warrant the storage space needed. I’ve given it a few goes so far and will probably pass it along to a family member to see what I’m missing. ... show more

This steam cleaner is amazing! It’s very small and portable. I did have to use an extension cord in some areas while cleaning but the cord that it comes with is a good length. It comes with several attachments which included everything that I would need to clean. I was doing a deep clean so I did have to refill the tank which takes time for it to de-pressurize to refill and re-pressurize again. Overall - it works well and is a great value for the price. The steamer arrived the same day I ordered it!! That’s service at its finest!! Directions on how to use the steamer were easy to understand and follow. I tried it out on some of my husband’s shirts that were SO wrinkled. The steamer took out all the wrinkles with ease! Then I used it on one of my blouses that was wrinkled when I purchased it. Washing and drying the blouse had done nothing to remove the unsightly wrinkles. I steamed the blouse and all the wrinkles were gone and the blouse looked so good!! There are all kinds of accessories to use with the steamer that I planned to try in the future. I’m particularly interested to see what it can do on some of my wrinkled drapes! This steam cleaner is a perfect size and weight for household tasks. Our "new" house is 45 years old, and the 44" long, three bowl stainless steel sink is original. For 18 months we've tried scrubbing the nasty drains, funky seals, the slimey (but still working) disposal, and sink surfaces to no avail. It just never looked clean enough to me. After getting an estimate to install a new sink of that size, I decided to try a steam cleaner first. BINGO! My sink drains and the disposal are now shiny and bright, no gunk! Heats quickly, plenty of power, great value and no leaks. My husband can't wait to clean his golf club heads . . Whatever that means. 🙄 ... show more
