I purchased this steam cleaner a while back but kept putting off using it because I thought it would take time to figure out. Turns out, I was overthinking it. Setup was quick and easy, and I regret not trying it sooner. The performance exceeded my expectations. It heated up even faster than the manual claimed, and I was able to start cleaning almost immediately. I did have to refill the water tank once during the job, but the process was straightforward. I mainly used the small brush attachment on my tile grout, and the difference was amazing — grime came right out with very little effort. It’s also very comfortable to use. The unit feels lightweight and easy to maneuver, so my hands and arms didn’t get tired while cleaning. Another thing I appreciated was the variety of included attachments. There are several nozzles and brushes for different tasks, and they all seem solid and well made rather than flimsy. One thing to keep in mind is that the water tank doesn’t last extremely long before needing a refill. For me, that wasn’t an issue since I cleaned in sections anyway. The power cord length was great and gave me plenty of reach. I can’t comment on long-term durability yet since I’ve only recently started using it, but based on my experience so far, it feels like a fantastic value for the money. I’m already looking around the house for more things to steam clean. If you need something for tile and grout cleaning, I definitely recommend this. The results speak for themselves. I bought this steam cleaner a few months ago and then let it sit; I just didn't feel like learning a new tool. What a mistake. Getting started took almost no time at all, and I wish I hadn't waited. Performance: It heats up faster than the 3–5 minutes the instructions suggest, so you'll be steaming before you know it. I did need to refill the tank once mid-task, but that's simple enough - just use up all the water first. (The instructions suggest you can top off the tank if you release the steam beforehand, though I haven't tried that yet.) The results were genuinely impressive. I used the small round brush on tile grout and watched the dirt lift right off. Fabulous. Ease of use: It's lightweight and easy to handle, not fatiguing at all. Accessories: The kit includes a wide variety of brushes and nozzles. I doubt I'll ever use them all, but I like having options, and they feel sturdy rather than cheap. Practical limitations: The runtime between refills is on the short side. Fortunately, I had planned to tackle my floor in several sessions, so it wasn't a problem. The cord was more than long enough. Value and durability: I've only just started using it, so I can't speak to long-term durability yet. But for the price, it seems like an excellent value, and I'm already plotting what to clean next. I honestly wasn’t expecting this little steam cleaner to work as well as it does, but it really impressed me. It heats up in just a few minutes, and the steam is strong enough to remove grease, grime, and stubborn dirt without using any chemical cleaners. I especially like using it on my kitchen stove, bathroom grout, and even my car’s interior. The different attachments make it easy to clean all kinds of surfaces, and it’s lightweight enough that my hands don’t get tired. I mainly purchased this steamer to defrost my ice maker, and for that use it works very well. The steam output is strong enough to break up ice quickly, and the small 90-degree attachment is especially useful for reaching tight and hard-to-access areas inside the ice maker. That accessory alone made the process much easier and more controlled. I am giving it four stars instead of five for two reasons. First, on a few occasions the water fill knob did not open smoothly or failed to properly grab the screw, which was a bit frustrating. Second, I tried using it as a garment steamer on a couple of shirts. Even when holding it at a reasonable distance, it did not remove wrinkles effectively, and I ended up using a regular iron instead. Overall, it’s a solid product for targeted steaming tasks like defrosting and cleaning, but it’s not a great replacement for an iron when it comes to clothing. ... show more

I don’t like the fact that it comes with a cord - makes it hard to use it. and you usually don’t have a power outlet next to the shower or bathtub. So cleaning those is pretty hard. But the idea of it is nice. The steamer itself i not heavy and easy to handle.
