I do a lot of testing and reviewing of cookware. With such a big set for such a low price, I was not sure what to expect from this collection from Umite Chef. I did have high hopes because I have used 8 of their cookware sets previously and the overall results have been 98% positive. When unboxing this set, the first thing that I noticed was how pretty and vibrant the color is on this. It is very attractive, and the silicone components match the paint color exactly. The utensils are very nice looking with the wooden handles, although I would prefer a full silicone utensil because they usually last longer than wood and require less care. The second thing I noticed were the cool touch handles. I really like this feature. All of the handles on this set are silicone coated. Then I noticed the heaviness of the pots and pans. I would call these skillets and pots medium weight. They are heavy enough to distribute the heat well. I personally would keep these pans at near medium heat maximum to ensure longevity of the coatings. I do want to mention that I love that they put the steaming tray on the largest pot. So often we see these on the medium or even small pots. I just find it so much more useful on the largest. I am pretty happy with the pots and pans if we are looking at this as a budget saving, first apartment situation. Now for the bakeware. It has the same pretty color. It is not very heavy/thick metal. I would not put it at very high temperatures; I think they will warp if they get too hot. Also, check the sizes if size is important to you. The bakeware is a bit on the smaller side of normal, especially the round cake pans. This is not the most robust cookware set that I have tried from Umite Chef, but it is very nice for the price. You get a lot here. It will serve you well for a few years. It is a great getting started set for a first apartment. I find it to be a very good value at the current price.

This cookware set is a complete starter set for any kitchen. It includes fry pans, saucepans, a 5-quart pot with a steamer, glass lids, a set of bakeware, and five utensils. The cookware appears to be made of high-quality aluminum and has a sturdy, yet lightweight feel. The thick bases provide excellent heat distribution, and the handles stay cool while cooking on the stovetop. Each glass lid also features a convenient steam vent. I love the deep purple color and the nonstick coating, which makes cleanup quick and easy since food doesn’t stick to the pans. Although the cookware should be hand washed, that’s a minor trade-off for helping protect the finish. The included felt dividers are also a thoughtful addition to prevent scratches when the pans are stacked in the cupboard. My only disappointment was the bakeware. The pieces feel less substantial than the cookware, and both the cake pan and cookie sheet are smaller than I expected. The cake pan is especially shallow at only 1 inch deep, so I probably won’t use these pieces very often. Overall, this is a beautiful, well-made cookware set that offers excellent value for the price. Despite the underwhelming bakeware, I would still recommend it.

Even though I knew this set included 31 pieces, I was still a little amazed when I opened the box and saw everything included. There are so many pots, pans, and bakeware pieces that this really does feel like a kitchen starter set rather than just another cookware bundle. One of the things I appreciated was that the pan protectors were included. It is such a simple thing, but I had to purchase those separately for another cookware set, so it was nice to see them provided here—and already in place to help keep everything from getting scratched up before it even reaches the kitchen. The pans are made of premium cast aluminum and have what I would consider a mid-range weight. They are not heavy, but they also do not feel thin or flimsy. I expected something a little more lightweight with an aluminum base, but these have enough substance to feel reliable. I also really like the welded handles. Since these are hand wash pans, not having screws or rivets inside the cooking surface makes them much easier to clean. The nonstick surface has performed well, with easy food release and quick cleanup. The heat distribution rings on the bottom seem to do a really good job heating the pan evenly and thoroughly. The bakeware pieces are made from heavy-duty carbon steel with a nonstick coating, and they feel sturdy enough for everyday baking. The included utensils are simple but practical. They have silicone heads with wooden handles and are perfectly suitable for use with nonstick cookware. For someone setting up a kitchen, replacing older cookware, or wanting a variety of pieces without having to buy everything individually, this set provides a lot of useful items in one package. At the coupon price of just under $100, it is a really good value.

This Umite Chef 31-piece induction cookware and bakeware set is the ultimate housewarming gift, or... for anyone in need of new cookware. This cookware contains everything you need to prepare any appetizer, meal, or dessert. The color isn't for everyone, but I happen to love it. It's available in sage green and navy blue. This cookware set contains a 1.5- and 2.5-quart saucepans with lids; a 2.5-quart sauté pan with lid; 8- and 11-inch fry pans; and a 9.5-inch square grill pan. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is a lid for the large 11-inch fry pan. I like my fry pans to have lids; sometimes you need a lid to retain heat when cooking on a low setting. There is a large 5-quart casserole pan with a lid and a steamer that fits neatly over it. As noted in the product description, this cookware is induction-capable. The cookware is constructed with die-cast aluminum, which distributes the heat evenly. A must-have feature is that these pots, pans, and bakeware have non-stick surfaces. The set also contains 5 silicone kitchen utensils. This cookware is NOT oven- or dishwasher-safe. Hand wash only. Along with all this cookware power, we have a stackable bakeware set. This includes 2 baking sheets, a muffin pan, a 9-inch square cake pan, a 9x13 oblong cake pan, an 8-inch round cake pan, and a loaf pan. This quality bakeware is constructed of carbon steel, oven-safe to 428 F, dishwasher-safe, and features non-stick surfaces. This is a fabulously complete set of cookware and bakeware for any kitchen. All anyone needs to cook for themselves and/or their family. What a wonderful gift for a bride, a housewarming, or simply a gift to someone who needs it or yourself. The first thing I noticed when I opened this set was the color. This is a VERY gorgeous cookware set! The purple is beautiful in person and definitely makes it stand out from the usual black, gray, and stainless steel cookware. You get a ton of pieces, and I really like that this isn't just pots and pans. It also includes bakeware, utensils, pan protectors, trivets, and a steamer, so it's a genuinely useful set for someone setting up a new kitchen or replacing a bunch of mismatched cookware. The pots and pans feel sturdy without being ridiculously heavy, and the handles are comfortable to hold. The nonstick surface is nice and smooth, and so far food releases easily and cleanup has been simple. I also appreciate the variety of sizes. There are smaller pans for quick meals and larger pieces for cooking for the whole family. The included bakeware is a nice bonus, especially since I do quite a bit of baking. One thing to be aware of is that the cookware is not dishwasher safe or oven safe, so you'll need to hand wash everything and keep the pots and pans on the stovetop. Overall, I'm really impressed with the appearance, variety, and quality of this set. It's absolutely gorgeous, comes with pretty much everything you need for everyday cooking and baking, and would make a fantastic starter set or gift for someone setting up a new kitchen.

31 pieces makes this a very affordable all in one set. This quality made non stick cook and bake ware with lids and utensils is a great buy for yourself or anyone just starting out. Our home has always been full of kids. From our kids, our fosters, nieces, nephews and neighborhood kids our house always has someone ready to eat and needing to be entertained. I ordered this convenient all inclusive non stick set for the bi-weekly in home cooking class I'm doing with any of the kids who want to join in over summer break. This set is lightweight, distributes heat evenly and the pieces or sized great. We have had nothing burn or cook unevenly so far. I'm not huge on the color but the kids seem to like it. Working out great for our needs.

This is a great starter set for someone who does not have any pots or pans , baking wear or utensils for cooking. That being said it is very lightweight.So I am not sure about the durability. If you use lower heat and really watch your cooking , this pan set will last quite a while. Do not use it on high heat because it will ruin the nonstick finish and put chemicals in your food. There are so many things to like about this.The bottom is flat and the cook is even. Of the utensils are wooden handles with silicone base so that your food is easy to manage. The bakeware has many items that are useful a cookie sheet.A muffin tin , a square bread and round cake pan. Really has so many different pans. The cookware is a comprehensive set with different size frying pans.Saucepans, even a large Dutch oven type pan with a steamer. These do not seem to be oven safe.So don't put them in the oven. The cookware pans are stove top only...The lids fit tightly and work very well to keep the heat and steam in. We are packaged securely and it was fun to take one thing after another.After another out of the box. The pan heated , easily and wiped clean with a paper towel. I've taken care of properly as instructed.These should last and be durable for a while until money could be saved to buy more durable and expensive pans... Again, this is a fantastic starter set!
